Visited the hotel for anniversary the hotel met and exceeded all my expectations. I wanted to give my wife a surprise for our anniversary reach out to hotel ask them if they would help decorating. The room was eveything I imaginen my wife loved it. Was greeted at the hotel with a huge smile from Luis he was very help , as well as gave some great recommendations on places that we can Visit, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone they are awesome.
My family and I visited NYC in March 2021. The quality of the hotel is nice, location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. If you need to buy some grocery stuff, use Target grocery not far from the hotel. Tons of thanks Nicole & Luisfor for services provided!
The Executive Hotel LeSoleil was without a doubt a GREAT 5 STAR Experience. From day one I had a issue that was worked out with speed and excellent service. Every staff member especially ( Yaya and Andre) went above and beyond for my family and I. Everything we needed or could need was conveniently located no more then .3 miles in every direction. From the Empire State Building to Time’s Square to the great Central Park just awesomely fit for us. I would recommend this hotel for Business & Pleasure!!!
I was a guest at Le Soleil during covid 2021 January and February for almost a month. I am a very dufficult guest but Eranny, Luis and Yadira did everything possible and impossible to make me feel at home. They were helpful at every hour of the day/night and I achieved a lot with their help. The property is nice, quiet and the space in the suite room is very well organized. I recommend this hotel (and i do it for very few ones).
The only good thing about the hotel was the staff, friendly and helpful. We booked an executive queen. We were on the 4th floor with terrible view. We walked into a room with a sofa bed and tv and nothing else. The carpet was filthy and littered with red confetti from a previous guest. The room was empty and had no table or chair in this room. The bathroom had a pocket door which could not be closed because there was no handle. I broke a nail trying to shut it for privacy but there was a 3 inch gap. Embarrassing when my daughter and son in law came to visit. No privacy. The towels were like sandpaper and tiles were missing in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and again there was red confetti strewn about. Due to covid, I always take disinfectant wipes to wipe handles and surfaces I was horrified at what I found. Glass shelving had obviously not been cleaned in a while and I gagged when I cleaned the bath area. If Hotel Impossible was still filming, he would have had a field day in this hotel. The elevator had missing mirror AND red confetti. Carpets were filthy in our room AND throughout the lobby. I was not happy with the overall condition!…
