I travel extensively on business and so don't review hotels or I wouldn't have time to sleep. I do feel compelled though to write a review to reflect my recent stay at Aloft in Downtown Manhattan.

Thanks so much for the review! It was so nice finally meeting you and the family! It was our pleasure having you all here with us. And check your mail in a few days. :-)
The room was small but well designed. The location is perfect. Staff was helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The trendy bar was really fun. Many excellent restaurants nearby. If you need to be near to the financial district this is the place. Not much storage. Closet...More

I am so sorry about the noisy unit in your room and lack of exuberance from the front desk. This is something we will absolutely work on immediately.
Closed to a metro station, Chase bank and World Trade Transportation hub. Only 1-2 blocks walking. Parking is next to the hotel costing about $40/all day. The room was small like other hotels in NYC. Overall, it's convenient.

Thank you very much for the review Nittha! See you again soon!
At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial District is where New York City began as a center of commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful setting are complemented by museums, countless skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District, home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Catch the Staten Island Ferry for an unbeatable view of the skyline and Statue of Liberty, or sail to Ellis
Island to learn about the vital immigrant history of the city.
