The number one highlight in this hotel is the amazing concierge there, one of the concierge staff who worked more regularly than others (I can't remember her name :-( was just so welcoming, remembered who we were and what we had done the previous day, genuinely cared about our experience and even took the time to come and greet us...

Just returned from 4days in New York. The staff the hotel were excellant and made our trip, nothing was to much trouble and the concierge was probably the best we have ever encountered on our travels. The rooms are small but spotless, breakfast was good and the other meals we had there were also very good. The bar staff and porters were always...

I stayed here with a friend from June 30th to July 2nd. My advice is to get a room on the higher floors. We stayed on the 20th floor and had a view of the empire state building and water towers. The room is quite small and cramped. The bathroom once the door was closed was quite spacious. There are...

My family of four stayed here for four nights. The room was squeaky clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was very small, but the only issue for us was the size of the storage areas in the bathroom. We did not have any issues with long waits for the elevators, but they were always crowded.

Just returned from a weekend getaway to NYC. I chose this hotel based on price and no mentions on the bed bug registry. The rooms, although typical NYC size, were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a cute coffee shop on the corner of 26th and 6th Av. Drug store around the corner and...

Newly renovated room in the heart of everything, The room was clean and the staff at check in were very helpful Breakfast was pricy but it is Manhattan and 6th avenue. Be careful they add a service charge/tip to the bill without telling you and then there is a space to add a tip on top of that on the...

To begin we were somewhat dismayed at the small size of our two double bed room. However being Manhattan we accepted that this was the norm.
