I must first commend all the front desk staff, particularly Lauren and Ali, on doing an exceptional job caring for the guests during their stay. It was my first time in NY, staying for a week, and I felt comfy going to them for anything I needed advice on or help with. The rooms were sparse, but that was to...

Good, clean hotel, at a good location. I think they renovated the rooms because they look better than in the pictures. The elevator is quiet slow, but that's the only problem there. Definitely Worth the visit.

This hostel is more of a hotel with shared bathrooms. It is very open in the lobby, comfortable and clean. The elevator takes its time, but depending on which floor you are on, steps are easily navigated (watch how much you pack though). Subway stations, coffee, and eateries are all within blocks.

The bedsheet on my friends bed was wet and stained and one of the rooms was like a prison. The radiator was so noisy and the doors barely locked. The bathrooms and showers were awful. The only good thing was the free wifi which was really good

I reserved three private rooms at the Broadway Hotel and Hostel for a group trip to see Anastasia. All three rooms were under my name, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and by calling the front desk ahead of time, my friends who arrived before me were able to check into one of the rooms with no problems. The...

I stayed for 8 nights in Broadway Hotel. The location is great, close to the subway and to lots of restaurants. The staff was always really nice with us and the check-in/check-out process was quite easy. We booked for a room with shared bathroom and it worked quite well. The room itself was clean and not so small, altough sometimes...

I stayed here for three nights with a friend. The place has a great location (awesome food, subway station, etc. nearby). Our room was quiet and came with the ability to lock up our stuff. If you're going I'm expecting a nIce hotel, you should look elsewhere... but if you're looking for a budget hostel - this is it!

I was visiting NYC for 4 days and found this hostel online. The pictures looked great and for the price, very reasonable so I booked. I only wish I'd opted to cancel at a later date. On arrival the staff were friendly but informed me that the elevator wasn't working, which I had read on some recent reviews (how long...

I stayed you for 4 nights as a tourist, wanted something cheap. It is a bit out of the centre of manhattan but has a really good subway station near by that takes you straight to Times Square or all the way down to the Statue of Liberty! Me and my sister booked our own room with 2 single beds,...
