So happy you and your wife got to experience New York like real New Yorkers do.
Our convenient location and homey warm decor is why our guests love us.

We've stayed all over NYC and have never had such a quiet night as we had at Ivy Terrace. Both mornings we slept in past our normal wake up time. The bed is so comfy in the Zen Room and the apartment is spacious. Add...More

So glad you enjoyed the Rose Room and spent quality time with your sisters. I know price is often an issue when people visit New York, but our rooms are large and the location is convenient. I am glad you had an Ideal...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Your enquirer must contact Ivy Terrace direct. The web site is very helpful and will quotes the availability and the rates. The quiet rooms are at the back of the property and look over the backs of the surrounding buildings. We stayed in the Rose room which is at the back and has a pleasant outside terrace accessed through the window!
Our rate in October was $395 a night plus tax. The more i think back to our time there the more i appreciated the Ivy Terrace.
hope this is useful.
