My wife surprised me for my birthday with a night out in the city. She told me that the people at GPH were amazing to work with in setting up the reservation. From the moment we walked into the hotel everything was top notch. I was blown away with the service, the hotel was busy but the concierge and front...

Love the neighborhood feel to the area. When you stay at the hotel you can walk thru Gramercy Park which is lovely! It was Easter Sunday so there were Easter egg hunts going on for children. The Park is just beautiful and so well taken care of. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The service at the hotel...

Stay here and feel like a downtown New Yorker. Lobby and bar amazing and hip and not hostile to us no-longer-young. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite and enjoyed the living room and it's beautiful furnishings and outrageously glam bar. The bedroom was tiny, filled with a king bed made up with...

Not the best hotel in New York, but one of my favorites. First, it is close to financial business I frequent on Park Ave South. More importantly, Gramercy Park is a nice neighborhood. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant, and the lobby is small, but warm and inviting with a wood fire going during the winter months. Rooms...

Grammercy Park Hotel was a wonderful experience. From entering the lobby with the large, pretty fireplace to enjoying fellowship at the Rose Bar, the stay at Gramercy was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable, cozy and inviting. The hotel turned down the beds, lit candles and turned on the lighted bar lights which made it so fun to come home...

Somewhat confusing experience. The hotel greats you with a great (and i mean great!!) lobby in best traditions of golden era. The fireplace, the chandelier, the art on the wall - all is grand. It also has a very pleasant aroma in the lobby. Like good, totally adult perfume. The corridors and lifts are dimly lit adding to the experience....

I stayed at the Gramercy Hotel on Friday night and it was the worst hotel experience that I have ever encountered. I came with a group who had 4 rooms at the hotel for a brunch Saturday afternoon in the Terrace. Here are the issues that happened with my group: The rooms were extremely small and dark. I would never...

Dear Greenjaso, It was our pleasure to have hosted your family's event and the overall feedback we received from the group was a very positive experience. I am disappointed to learn that your personal experience fell below yours and our expectation. While I understand you have spoken and resolved your issues with two of our managers I would also like...

Have stayed at the GPH now 5 times over the past 6 months. Each visit was great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating---somewhat unusual for New York. Having a terrific restaurant and nice bars downstairs is a big plus.

Enjoyed a stay here last week. I had stayed in the hotel a few years ago; loved the location and the charm but didn't love that the hotel was so dark- that seems to have been fixed-or maybe I had a particularly dark room on my last visit- the hotel is still on the dark side but the room seemed...
