Lovely hotel with the very friendliest staff. They could not do enough for you. We had a room on 3rd floor that smelt of smoke which was not a good start, but they moved us temporarily to 211 on 2nd. This was very noisy, next to the lobby and left and toilets. The next day they moved us to 1707...

We checked in for 3 nights and found it clean and comfortable. On our later than expected arrival due to a cancelled flight we were tired and keen to sleep and did not pay a huge amount of attention to our room. It was clean, had two double beds and was on the 4th floor. I was aware of traffic...

My husband, 13 year old daughter & I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Fifty NYC. Our room on the 3rd floor was very clean & the two queen sized beds were comfortable & the bed linen was crisp & fresh. I had read reviews saying that the hotel was noisy but we didn't have any problem...

Honestly I would like to give this property about 3 and 3/4 stars but didn't get that chance. There was nothing at all that was bad about the hotel. Everything was good but I guess I have been expecting more of late. Rooms were big enough and clean but finishes were not at a 5 star level. I slept ok...

We stayed at Fifty NYC from 2/18/17 to 2/20/17 in a corner suite with 2 double beds. Overall, the hotel was nice but nothing about the facilities stood out as particularly remarkable. We were traveling with our 7 month old baby and it was great to have a large room in the city with a kitchenette so that we could...

Attempted to think of why this hotel would not get top marks and struggled My room looked recently refurbished. Was done to a high standard with a nice sized room bathroom and balcony. Location was excellent in midtown close to everywhere I wanted to be. All staff were friendly professional and courteous. Cleaners did an amazing job every single day....

Stayed here in a HUGE suite & loved it! The view was divine, all of the skyscrapers are right in front of you. There is a terrace, bedroom, kitchen, living room & dining area. There is a large lounge downstairs on 2, which we enjoyed at night. The fireplace was quite cozy - you don't get this in Manhattan btw,...

It's in a great location, between 3rd and Lexingron. In found the room was a good size and the staff were very helpful. Having a gym is important to me and there's a basic gym with a couple of running/cycling machines and a few free weights.

If you had told me I could find a luxurious hotel for under $200 in a safe area and was bigger than a postage stamp, I'd have said you were crazy. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the Fifty. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
