Recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days plus. The hotel was adequate for the price. What was appalling was that one night there was no hot water overnight or until mid afternoon the following day. One night credit was requested for the night I...More

We always stay at the Solita Soho when we visit NYC to see our children who live there. Convenient to subways, restaurants, and shopping. Ideally located for Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. The price is very reasonable for the city and the staff is wonderfully...More
Great location, as you are in walking distance to the subway and to Little Italy. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, museums & galleries nearby. The room was small, but clean. It had great natural light, & an amazing doubleheaded shower. No mini fridge, but ice, water,...More
We had an event in Tribeca and some prep time in Soho so this hotel fit our needs. It was very clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Space anywhere in lower Manhattan is hard to find so the rooms were not large but...More

Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to
explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.

Hi. I did not notice one, but I wasn't looking as I didn't have a car. Parking was extremely tight in the area, and the small areas of sold parking spaces within blocks of the hotel seemed expensive. I would call the hotel and ask about nearest parking. They were very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and helpful. Hope you have a great trip.
