The Windsor Hotel just gave me the single most skin-crawlingly disgusting hotel experience I've ever had. Two words sum it up: BED. BUGS. I booked two nights here because of the price (cheap) and location (LES). The first night passed uneventfully. The next day I started noticing bumps on my arm - many of them. I dismissed them as, perhaps,...

Worse experience EVER! We stayed 2 nights. The first one the room was dirty, with dirty blankets and dirty bathroom. There is a club on the building running all night and the music is too loud to sleep! The second night we got a new room. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and the room had not been cleaned!!!...

This was an almost terrible experience. The only thing I can say that was appreciated was when we first given a room on the first level facing the street I asked if my husband I could be moved to another floor and they were able to accommodate us and they were very kind. However, upon entering the room it reeked...

We stayed for 1 night and were very disppointed to have selected it. The rooms are okay with bare minimal accessories. The bathroom was okay but lacked in hygeine. The furnishings of the room were average with curtains worn out. itis difficult to reach th ehotel as probably at that time some construction was going on and all approach roads...

If you are looking for a hotel in a great spot, close to the metro and cheap; you found it!!! If you are looking for fancy, go spend three times as much some where else. Clean..ish and cheap. It gets loud in the morning, but hopefully you'll be up and out to explore the city by then. Check out the...

This hotel has potential because it is very close to the metro (less than 5 minutes walking to the B and D Line) and within distance to restaurants and shops in Chinatown and Little Italy. However, the hotel is not well maintained. The room I stayed in has no room sign, no clothes hanger in the closet, no remote control,...

The hotel is in a good location in SoHo, walking distance from Katz Deli. It's a small hotel, and it's good for what you pay for. Don't expect thrills and frills. Our room was small, run down but the bed was fairly comfortable, bathroom was clean and with all amenities you need. If you're looking for an affordable place in...

The Windsor hotel is in a sweet spot, only 100 yards for the Grand Subway station facing the park. But that's about it. Do not expect the "good bed and clean towels" kind of two-star hotel. The sheets and towels are filthy. During the 4 days we stayed here the towels had blood stains and sheets and pillow cases were...
