Where do I start. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon for a 5 night stay. The receptionist was watching porn on his phone as we tried to check in. We eventually got his attention and got are keys for the room if that's what you can call it. The towels was filthy with stains all over them as were...

Just a block from Grand Street subway station and walking distance to East Village, Little Italy, Chinatown. Many places to eat in the area and a small grocery shop just around the corner. The hygiene was way beyond acceptable. At arrival there was yellow and red/brownish stains of what looked like human body fluids and/or feces on the bed sheets...

Welcoming by the staff, Rooms not the greatest in terms of cleanliness but the room was secure the shower worked with hot water, the toilet was clean & there was a secure safe for your personal things. Everything provided was adequate for a short stay in the city. Staff were helpful & willing to help with any issues. Free wifi...

Good location but the place is filthy. Stained towels in the bathroom, got replacements but they were stained as well. Would not recommend. Wish I read the reviews first. On the plus side, the staff were sort of helpful.

Human hair everywhere, literally everywhere. On the toilet, on the towel, all over the beddings. I didn't take any of my cloth off when sleep on that bed, not even my socks. What a shame. It should be shut down.

We chose this hotel as it was close to our connecting tour. We couldn't recommend this hotel however as it was dirty, tired, service was unhelpful as they didn't offer us much help even though we had travelled some 30 hours after a long flight .Reception didn't seem to care about making us feel welcome just want your money. We...

This hotel was expensive and was more like a dirty hostel than a hotel with very small rooms. The location was good right in the heart of Chinatown and close to the subway and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel was dirty, we had a lightbulb burned out that management couldn't fix for days, the tv hardly got any...

The room was ok but a little tight for 3 adults. It was sort of clean, but hair on sheets and towels – maybe they need to clean out their dryer. We stayed on the first floor and could hear voices all night in the lobby and on the street – bring earplugs! The bed was very hard as if...

Very comfortable room for a short period. Not fancy, room service is good. No breakfast is offered at tbe hotel. The area is near to chinese restaurants and the subway station. Not a very bad location.

Awful hotel. No amenities in the room. No tissues, note pad or pen, no hotel brochures etc. No microwave, no mini bar fridge, nothing. Room was not clean when I arrived, stained sheets, dirt, dust and crumbs on the floor, the air con unit was filthy, the towels were only slightly bigger than a tea-towel and some of them were...
