I've stayed at this hotel before and on my trip back with my sister, this hotel was the only option for me. The area is great, easy access to metro in any direction, a hop to Brooklyn, great rooms, incredible views. The staff is extra friendly and always willing to help. My favorite person at this hotel is Petra. She...

The hotel staff was very enjoyable and interactive during our stay. They were helpful on recommending neighboring restaurants and bars to visit. The hotel and room were clean and the ammenities were restocked daily. The location is central to a lot of attractions and there's two subway stops right outside the front doors which made it super easy to get...

This hotel lacked in only one respect - but, it is important. When you are out of town, it is always nice to start with a good breakfast. The dining room space is great. The chefs are preparing a decent menu. The service staff is terrible! They would really like you to just pay & leave. Don't bother them with...

Despite having a $400-$1200 per night price tag, this hotel decides to charge additional for in-room Internet Service. I was shocked. Is this hotel still operating in the 1990s? I am a frequent traveler flying to NYC often and staying in only 4 and 5-star hotels. And for many of such hotels (I.e. Royalton, Sofitel, etc.) internet access is included....

The location is really good if you want to stay near the 9.11 memorial or wall street. The subway entrances are right in front of the hotel, for serveral of the main lines. We had a room on a high floor with great views of the memorial, the freedom tower and the Hudson river. Appart from that, everything else felt...

Very good value hotel in a great location in downtown Manhattan near the World One Trade Centre and the 9/11 Memorial. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to the needs of the customers. The bedrooms are very clean and tidy with fantastic views.

I recently met a "fellow mom" for a rare girls only weekend in NYC. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and hopes! Upon checking in with "Graphica" at the front desk, I was told my upgrade request was accepted (HH points; $20 extra) but the "suite" was not yet ready. I sat in the bar and had a glass of...

Room was small, toilet ran non stop even after we had the maintenance people come. They charge extra for WIFI. (expensive) the WIFI in the lobby (which is noisy and not a place you would want to sit and use ) is free. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

I stayed for a quick overnight work trip to Downtown NYC. I usually stay in Midtown but had a very early meeting and took advantage of the great location so near to Wall Street. The room was no different than the Hilton brand, very comfortable. I had a very quick dip in the pool. I found it to be filthy...

This was a one week visit to New York. The staff were typical New York, not over helpful, just answered the questions I asked and no more. More a business /airline hotel. Room not the most modern, and bed old sprung mattress.
