After a lot of research, I found The Hotel @Times Square. We stayed at a more luxurious hotel on our last visit to NYC but this time we needed something a little cheaper. I found this one on Trip Advisor and it had mostly good reviews. I booked via their online reservations and had no issues. The hotel was in...

This was my first trip to NY. I went with my 11 year old daughter. This hotel was such a great find. The location was perfect, close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The rooms are small, but very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. Don't let the reasonable price scare you...

We stayed at this hotel February 2014. The location was excellent, everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable but the down side was we had no outside view only a brick wall. The breakfast was plenty, just pick your time for going as it gets very busy. we took advantage of the bar situated on the second...

We stayed at the Hotel at Times Square in February 2014. We found the hotel perfectly suited our needs in almost every way. The hotel is very well situated, just a short walk to Times Square. It's also very close to 5th avenue shopping and a short walk to both the Rockerfeller Centre and the Empire State Building. We found...

Very clean! Really nice room on the 14th floor. The breakfast was substantial and they always had the hot drink machine in the lobby available. Our girls liked that since it had French vanilla and hot chocolate. Staff were friendly and quick. Very good location close to Times Square. Good value for the price!

The first time my family and I visited The Hotel at Times Square was in Christmas 2012. We had never been to the "Big Apple" before and wanted to be in the centre of it all to experience everything up close. All of the hotels in and around Times Square, were very cookie cutter and pricy. Which is understandable because...

We travelled on 2nd Feb and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was our first trip to NYC and we were delighted with the location. We were minutes away from everywhere and as we were doing all the major tourist attractions we found we could walk to most of them. The hotel is located perfectly for the sub-way...

Have been to NY a few times now and stayed at the same hotel so was taking a chance changing - so glad we gave it a go. Not only was it cheaper but we got breakfast included. Toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt - maybe not everyones idea of a good breakfast but we found it ample. Rooms were quite small...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
