We stayed here in April for my 30th Birthday. Hotel location was good right in the heart of Times Square. Brilliant view from our room. The room was a good size and was very clean. The bed was the most comfiest I’ve ever slept in...More
There were many things that caused me to question the quality of hygiene from the W Hotel Housekeeping Department. Hairs in the tub, used solied towels hanging in the bathroom. Those were the obvious flaws. No ammedities were to be found and I had to...More

My husband and I stayed about a week to meet family from Atlanta, Michigan and Chicago and enjoy New York City. Our reservation was confusing because we had multiple family members under our name. We also ran into issues with a flight cancellation and changes....More
We ended up staying in 2 different rooms during our stay at the W Times Square. The first night we had a “cool corner” room on the 36th floor that faced west. The city and river views from this side of the building were breathtaking!...More
The entire staff was super friendly and the room was clean and attractive. Only complaint: wish the bathrooms had walls for privacy rather than just smoked glass. Otherwise perfect. Fun atmosphere. Not a quiet hotel but we had no problem sleeping/relaxing.
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

As you know pricing changes frequently based upon several factors, largely due to demand, which is driven by events taking place at any given time. My recommendation is to always call the hotel directly, not the reservation line, which could be a central office representing the chain, but contact them directly, I always have more negotiating power when I do.
