My wife and I stayed at the Ritz and enjoyed a Broadway show and dinner, First time at the Ritz/Central Park and the hotel added so much pleasure to our weekend that staying there was almost the highlight of the trip!

We stayed at the hotel on a trip to see Hamilton which was my Christmas gift to my husband. Upon check in, we told the staff the reason for our visit. When we returned to our room after the show, we were welcomed by the sounds of Hamilton playing in our room. After our initial shock, we realized that the...

Best hotel I have stayed at in NYC. Superb location. Excellent service. Great fitness center with both cardio equipment and weights. Hotel restaurant offerings were excellent and service was prompt and attentive. Ideal location for running in Central Park. Easy to feel at home. Lobby and lounge is intimate, warm and inviting.

This is a beautiful property overlooking Central Park. (Sadly our room did not overlook it, however). We were fortunate to have a Club Level reservation and had access to the Lounge and all of the food and drink servings each day. Our room was very clean and modern, and service was up to the Ritz standards. My only complaint about...

Cassidy and the guest relations experts provided a level of personalization and attentiveness that is unsurpassed in all my experience. The entire staff, seen or unseen, helped to create a one of a kind furlough; memories from which we will always cherish.

We try to may it a point to stay at the Ritz Central Park at least once a year in a deluxe park view suite with club access. It is a extravagance but the hotel and the view from this level room is the best of the best. The service by the staff is second to none and they go...

My wife and I get away to NYC once in a while. We do hotel hopping if staying longer than one night. This was our second baby moon. We stayed at the Ritz, Waldorf, and Essex. The Ritz was by far the most special experience (it did not hurt I was a platinum Marriott elite). We got a room upgrade...

The hotel is beautifully situated on the edge of Central Park West. It has a small, intimate feel with a sophisticated yet cozy lounge area where they serve drinks and food. Our room had incredible views of Central Park West which was especially beautiful with a snowstorm. All of the staff went out of its way to give us the...

Visiting NYC for Christmas time. Stopped for drinks at the Ritz Carlton star lounge. Service was exceptional. The bartender Celine was so friendly, made our lunch so enjoyable. Food was great!! The elegant atmosphere was so enjoyable!! We usually stay over in the elegant rooms but only had time for a day trip!! Love the Ritz!!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
