Perfect location, service and comfort. Right across from lovely Bryant Park and a short walk to dinner and theater. Service was top notch, quick and knowledgable. It's a small place and people always greet you, coming and going. The two layer security when entering is unobtrusive and reassuring. The park-view junior suite was well worth it. One of the most...

This contemporary hotel has one of the best locations in NYC. Across from historic Bryant Park and within walking distance to Time Square, theaters, Central Park as well as the subway system there is no need for a car. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff and a happening bar beckons guests back in the evening. The park across the street is...

This is a really nice hotel by Bryant park and the New York public library. The lobby is small but the Cellar bar is huge! There is a free happy hour - beers, wine and cocktails between 5 & 6 pm. The bedrooms are clean, simply furnished in cool whites and pale wood. The best thing is the bird sound...

We were looking for a place to stay in Midtown and based on several positive TripAdvisor reviews, we decide to try The Bryant Park Hotel & we're certainly glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with absolute professionalism & care. They go out of there way to make you feel special with little things like referring...

This is the second year in a row my family and I have stayed here, and it won't be the last. The hotel has a great location. We were within walking distance of plays, museums, and restaurants. The weather was so nice, we even took a 30-block walk to take a Central Park tour. In addition, the entire staff is...

Was in for a wedding in the park. Staff was great on arrival and throughout the stay. Very courteous and helpful. The rub, the hotel is well...the elevator is small, dark and deep red...girlfriend said it is the ride to hell. The hallways are very, very dark...could not find the slot for the room card. The room, bright, white and...

This was not our first stay, and it will not be the last. The staff was so helpful and friendly, each of them going out of their way to make our stay special. We got the breakfast package and it was not only beautiful but very tasty. The free happy hour during the weekday is an added little bonus as...

I stay at the Bryant Park hotel quite often. The staff is extremely attentive and the rooms are bigger than the typical nyc hotel rooms. The room service is great and quick. There is a great bar downstairs if you want to meet up with friends during your stay. The room is quiet even with the bar that gets busy...

I recently stayed at The Bryant Park Hotel located Midtown, minutes from Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, Rockefeller Centre and The Empire State Building. The exterior is marvellous, inside is minimalistic but very efficient and effective from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the concierge. I had arrived earlier than my check-in time and so needed to wait for...

Our family vacation to New York City was the best vacation ever. The doorman for The Bryant Hotel welcomed us the second we stepped out the cab. He walked us up to the front desk and announced us to the young lady who checked us into the hotel, and then he took care of our luggage. The young lady at...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
