We stayed at the Hudson in April this year for a week. Yes, the rooms are very small, but that's NYC. If you want to get a bigger room you have to pay a fortune. Rooms - We absolutely loved the hotel, the rooms (although small) are clean and tidy, phone, mini fridge, plasma TV, hairdrier and amenities are available....

I would definitely return to the Hudson for any future stays in NYC!! Loved the common areas Sky Terrace and Library are a great escape from walking the sidewalks and exploring NYC all day. Location was great. Concierge services were excellent!! At check in we requested a higher floor and a river view. Room size is a little small but...

We stayed at the Hudson for the second time as we like the location which is close to Central Park and not too far from Time Square. The hotel is clean and funky however rooms are very small but I guess it's what you get in a big city for that price. The terrace is nice but it really needs...

Everyone at this hotel was very nice. We stayed before and after our cruise. When we returned a week later, the guy that did my initial check in remembered me. We had a superior room both times, both very nice. The hotel is beautiful inside. On the main floor is the Tequila Park with creative seating with pillow areas, padded...

If you want a hotel that is "the scene" and hot, go to the Hudson. Rooms are very small but for a weekend stay it was okay. Sky Terrace, Library, restaurant and terrace really nice....and activities planned for the night were awesome (BBQ Party). Great and convenient location, subway station and a Whole Foods just accross the street, pharmacies on...

I stayed for 10 days at this hotel. Loved its bar and its common areas and always visited its indoor and outdoor bars on previous visits to NY, so was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. But had a horrible stay. Only good things: common areas and concierge services. The rooms are unbelievably small. Heating is extremely noisy....

Stay at this hotel on 19 to 20 June, this was my 4th visit staying at the Hudson over the last 9 years and I must say in the last four years this hotel has gone from a 4* to very expensive 2+* hotel. Upon arrival the bell boys/ doorman seem more interested in chatting with each other to pay...

We were looking for a place we could stay near to Central Park that would provide a convenient base to crash at the end of a busy day of Manhattan wandering, and this place was perfect. The rooms are quite small, but they were intelligently designed, clean and looked stylish. The reception is also pretty impressive with its leaf canopy...

I got my room through Priceline. I think this is a Priceline favorite, so I suspect if you select the Central Park South area, you can presume you're going to get this hotel. It's certainly true that the rooms are small. It's the smallest room I've ever seen in a US hotel, about 9ft by 9ft. That's enough for a...

This hotel was trendy some time ago, but clearly is no more. The typical tiny rooms, narrow hallways, tiny bathroom, even for NY standards. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
