The hotel is well located and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff at reception not overly friendly, but ok. The breakfast was a disappointment though: mostly very sweet industrial pastries served in a windowless room, only disposable cups and plates, plastic forks...More
I must say that this is quite the little gem in New York. Perfect location to all major sights. Friendly staff and great look. We got the only room on the top floor which gave us a penthouse feel as well as a private balcony...More

The room we had, you had to really push the door for it to open. Very small room. Bed was uncomfortable. Clean room/bathroom. Breakfast consisted of danishes and coffee and water. Few minutes away from the Rock and st Patrick cathedral.More

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us an excellent review! We are so happy to hear from you and we hope you and your friends enjoyed your luncheon. Thank you for your years of business and your kind recommendation.
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
I believe you do need a jacket and tie. I've only had breakfast there and it wasn't required then, but I had a 12-year old grandson with me, perhaps that's why. There were businessmen in suits having breakfast as well... More
I believe you do need a jacket and tie. I've only had breakfast there and it wasn't required then, but I had a 12-year old grandson with me, perhaps that's why. There were businessmen in suits having breakfast as well. Try HAMA, a sushi place a couple of doors down. We had lunch there and it was excellent.

The dress code is enforced for Lunch and Dinner, but it is relaxed for Breakfast. I hope this helps, and do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any other questions prior to your arrival.
