I enjoyed an upgrade to a beautiful suite, a helpful and (always) smiling staff (Omar is the new manager and was so very helpful to me...), and just as I remembered, felt as if I was home. I will come back to New York and to The Benjamin.. .

Awesome hotel, amazing room!!! We arrived earlier than 3pm; left out luggage at the front desk, and returned after 4pm; we were given a room with a living room and a bedroom; I had some packages to receive from the post, and I wasn't charged to receive those packages at the hotel address... It is really close to a subway...

Excellent hotel with good amenities and great location. Try the National restaurant, quite nice. The hotel has old time charm but modern amenities, very clean a little pricey but nearly worth every pennies.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
