The Court hotel is clean, classy with an overall good atmosphere. It was 2 blocks away from Grand Central station and we could see the Chrysler building from our window. As a first time guest in New York, this would be the perfect place to stay. Clean, affordable with a bar, restaurant and fitness centre. Our room was also. very...

We got a really good deal for this hotel perfectly situated in lower eastside. Pretty good for taxi to laguardia, you can avoid hours of traffic jams. Helpfull staff, huge rooms, good view. The hairlady in the spa area is not very good, so dont cut your hair here!

This has become our go-to hotel in NYC on Christmas. Nothing exceptionally fancy about it, and there is some evident datedness, but this is a very minor concern. The positives are overwhelming: To start, the location is terrific. 5 minutes to Grand Central station and subways to anywhere. Plenty of eating and drinking opportunities right next to the hotel. Walking...

NY was the first stop of our honeymoon and the hotel was chosen by the travel agency: perfect choice indeed! The room was definitely BIG considering the fact the hotel is in Manhattan and also the bathroom was comfortable. Very nice people at the entrance and good laundry service. Perfect position for walking in the city: the hotel is very...

We were greeted on arrival by an upgrade to our room (thank you), which was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. The concierge(s) was helpful and friendly, and apart from the fact that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, it was a great hotel. The location was very good, we had an excellent view of the Chrysler building from our...

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The first room, we were told was an upgrade??? Sadly this room was not clean and the linens did not appear to be fresh. It was small which was expected, but the condition of the room was not expected. We tried to get another hotel but because of the Holiday season we were...

Right off the bat I will say that did not stay at the hotel itself, I only came here to hang out with a friend at the lounge. As soon as you walk in you notice the lobby's contemporary style. To the left is their decent size lounge/bar equipped with big screen TV, floor-to- ceiling windows and even a pool...

My husband and I have been visiting NYC for over 10 years, we always stay on the upper west side. However, I wanted to stay in a different part of the city. My husband found this Hotel and it was amazing. The location is great and our room was so nice. The staff was so great and loved that after...

Found the Court on Hoteltonight.com. it was formerly a W property, so we new it'd be stylish. Conveniently located in Murray Hill, an easy walk from Grand Central Station. Great neighborhood, no Times Square crowds. Restaurants in the area very nice, subway uptown, downtown and crosstown right at GSC. Helpful front desk staff. Walked everywhere easily, especially 5th Avenue, Rockefeller...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
