It was very good and comfortable business trip for ROW NYC. I could approach very easily to my customers' office. Also, the rate is not bad. If available, I will stay at this hotel in the next time trip.

Overall it was a great stay here at the ROW. Will stay here again. Their gym is great and clean. The only things I saw that they can improve is to add a mirror behind the door. There are no mirrors besides the one on the bathroom but you cannot see whole outfit anywhere in the room. Other than that,...

Clean and pleasant stay just be aware outside noise is very audible, this is the city that never sleeps and you hear that. Bar prices are expensive go to the local bar across the road. Went to the bar and my friend pointed out they had Stella next thing one was pored when we said we didn't order that barman...

Nice hotel with lots of design one block a away fromTime Square. Ideal for tourism because it's just in the middle of everything in Manhattan. The only Thing is that we had a really small room for our 4 people reservation.

The location was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The attached eateries were a definite bonus and enjoyable. The room was very warm and we were unable to lower the temp so we slept with the window open. Overall we enjoyed the hotel - I am a large woman so the bathroom was very tight. We will stay here...

After waiting nearly an hour to check in (looks like a consistent problem for most people), after being hit with a ton of extra fees, my tub's caulking had mold, there was hair all over the sink and the pillows are worst than anyone I have ever stayed. This hotel is in poor condition from the old elevators, peeled and...

Best described as a transit hotel used by airline crews for their stopovers. Comfortable Beds, Good TV, Bathroom pretty basic and could have done with a good clean. Typically American even charge for internet but included as a service package. Did not try restaurant as noisy and always full of people not eating.

The Row NYC is not a bad place to stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a modern elevator system that saves you a lot o time. Negative is the "facilities fee" they charge you for WiFi (which is free all over the Planet) and for the use of the Gym (which I couldn't care less). The "facilities fee" can add...

Row NYC was a great option for a 2 night mid-week, mid-winter stay to take in theater and museums. It is very well located for these purposes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom is awfully tight though we paid for a room with 2 double beds, which is somewhat larger than other rooms. Biggest complaint: no...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
