The front desk staff needs to be more forthcoming with amenities at the hotel. I didn't know there was a complimentary wine hour!!! They didn't even mention the complimentary breakfast - I knew this from staying here before. They didn't tell us the wifi pass code - we had to call down to the front desk to get it. These...

This boutique hotel is only a block away from all the hustle and bustle of Times Square but it seems like you're further away as it is so quiet. The hotel is beautiful, we stayed one night and got upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome. We even took their suggestion to eat at a restaurant near Central Park...

This hotel is fairly small but is in the perfect location for theater-goers. It is directly across the street from Book of Mormon and is a stone's throw from Time's Square. The property itself was clean, and modern. Not exactly my style as far as aesthetics go, but it was fine. The front desk staff were friendly and went out...

We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is located just off Broadway and direct across the road from the Book of Mormon play. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast is fairly basic but there is sufficient choice, we'd advise getting in there early as seating is limited. Wine and nibbles are served at 4pm, which is a welcome treat for...

We stayed Oct 2013. After reading the bad reviews I can see that at least half of them were written by people who probably complain about everywhere they stay and find fault in most things in life. In my opinion these reviews SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN TOO SERIOUSLY and do not reflect the Pearl Hotel that I had the pleasure...

I was a first time visitor to NYC. I was alone, but meeting a friend later that night. I had no clue where to catch the train or where I was in the city. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They answered my questions quickly and efficiently which was what I needed. The rooms are smaller than a...

This hotel is really well located in the heart of the Theater District and a very short walk from Times Square. Inside, the hotel is tastefully decorated throughout and it is immaculate. The rooms and the bathrooms are huge by New York City standards and they are immaculately clean. The hotel is really well maintained. The price includes a buffet...

My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip to New York for our 30th anniversary. We found the staff very helpful and accomodating. The daily wine reception was a great place to meet people from all over the world. The morning breakfast was just the right amount. Our room was very comfortable with modern furnishings and the bathroom...

Our family just stayed this past weekend and loved the hotels location to Times Square which is 5 mins. walking distance. The staff was very helpful with all our needs and we even got to check in early since our room was ready. The hotel room was newly remodeled and super clean. Overall our trip was great and we enjoyed...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
