Water in bathroom was not working properly. Only hot boiling water. Staff was not very friendly. Lacked the Hilton customer service I normally experience during other hotel stays. Good location. Nice area.

I have stayed at this property two times in the last 45 days and I am sorry to report that outside a great location in the financial district, this hotel falls far from the standards you would expect from a Doubletree. The rooms are very-very small, the lobby is on the 2nd floor which causes a traffic jam at ground...

This is a very nice, very clean hotel. The two young ladies at check in were very warm and have a very nice smile. I love the warm cookies! The location is perfect, near everything. The view from my window was perfect. Keep the good work!

This hotel was 10 mins walking distance from my NYC office on Browadway. It is a nice walk in the morning passing by the charging bull (when no one is there in the morning lol) and the trinity church and the wall street. The metro is easily accessible and there are lots of good eats nearby. The A line from...

The staff were always friendly. You get a nice warm cookie when you check in which was a nice touch. The coffee in the room is nice and they provide you with travel cups so you can drink on the go - handy. Location wise its great for everything in the south of Manhattan. Easy walking distance to the 9/11...

Room and bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel is very good, near to metro, ferry. The room is small, not enough space for a big luggage. There aren't enough elevators in the building. The room was noisy..

Good hotel . Cost for food is high and low quality . Breakfast is not worth 20 dollars. Rooms were ok but old especially the bathroom . On a scale 1-10 was a 8. Convenient for location. Price for parking $60 was to high regardless is isvalet or not ... It is too high

The staff was awesome and the location is great! Always enjoyed walking in after a long day and getting a "welcome back" from the staff. :) Walking distance to so many awesome things. And of course the cookies can't be beat!

This staff at the hotel was great. Friendly and helpful. The Elevator service was horrible. Too few for such a high building. Had waits of more than 15-20 minutes. Often had to go down flights of stairs, may flights.

I can't say anything bad about the hotel, really, but it wasn't particularly great, either. The entry is strange because there is no "front desk" or anything, just a hallway and an elevator, with a sign that says the main lobby is on the second level. It felt like I was in the wrong place, but I wasn't. Typically there...
