I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a wedding and got bed bugs (see photo of the clear linear pattern of the ones on my leg - not comfortable posting my back photos). I have given the hotel several days to follow up privately with my complaint and concerns and have heard nothing back from them in spite of...

Walking distance to a lot and next to the subway line. Safe area but a nightmare during rush hour...close to the Holland Tunnel and heard nothing but honking cars until traffic subsided. Great coffee shop with a friendly face who was very hospitable. Room was nice, no shampoo but forgivable.

I stayed here recently for the business trip to New York. Location of this hotel is the main reason and that is the biggest plus point, close to lot of restaurants, metro, tourist attractions etc. staff is also very helpful and friendly and that was my next observation, they really make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room sizes are on...

I was there only one day but the experience was amazing, the staff in the lobby was so friendly, available to help you in what you want, you can ask them the best way to get any part of the city and they will give you the best information, the rooms are a bit small, but so comfortable, so clean...

Stayed here in August to drop our son off at NYU. It was easy walkable distance to the campus and at the same time very accessible to lot of good restaurants and shopping places in SoHo. We returned again in October and chose to stay here - did not even bother looking up other places. Rooms are a little small....

This hotel is in a great location, between Soho and the Village and near the 4th street subway hub. The staff couldn't be nicer. My room was large by New York standards, sunny and comfortable. My requests ( a room in a higher floor, late checkout) were cheerfully accommodated. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

Given the high costs of hotel rooms throughout NYC, we were delighted to find this well located hotel in SoHo with reasonable prices. In addition, the entire staff was uniformly friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are NYC average in size but extremely well appointed after a recent renovation. It's location is perfect for exploring SoHo, West Village, Washington Square...

Stayed here on short notice last week on business. Located right off Houston Street, near the subway and many restaurants, so very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice, professional and helpful. Room was spotless and pretty large for a Manhattan room. The location gives you easy walking access to the Village, Tribeca, Meat Packing District and even Little Italy...
