This is a super nice hotel - very modern and nicely decorated. Rooms are actually a good size compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the area. The valet was simple and a reasonable cost. The location was really excellent - we went all over the city from here and it was a great middle ground. Also, easy walk...

The room was excellent and extremely clean and decorated very nicely. The bathroom was really nice and new. Very nice people at the front desk and they gave us and early check-in. It had a Starbucks in the back of the lobby. Great street parking available right by the hotel. Nice downtown location. A short walk from Greenwich Village and...

Recently returned from a fantastic 5 night stay. Reception and starbucks staff were 1st class. Hotel is in an excellent location. Road was noisy but this was expected in a busy city. Would definitely recommend.

Picked this hotel because of the downtown location. It was a 5-8 minute walk from Greenwich Village and also a five minute walk from Soho. A nice 20 minute walk to the Highline entrance in the Meatpacking District. Check-in was wonderful. We arrived at 12pm and were given a room even though check-in was at 3pm. The room was spotlessly...

If you are looking for a place that is in close, walking proximity to the Soho, Noho, and Greenwich Village, with all the comfort of a top shelf hotel, this place is for you. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms clean and well-appointed. The breakfast option is tasty and inexpensive. The only drawbacks here are (1) that the...

We couldn't have been happier with this location! Unbelievable shopping (Bloomies, Tiffany, Chanel, Madewell, Reiss, Prada, etc) the best restaurants and bars - all within easy walking distance. Check-in took just minutes - to your right - dining area to your left. We were on the 2nd floor. We were very surprised at how quiet it was - I've never...

I really like the staff at this hotel everyone was very helpful. The location is excellent in Soho close to lots of shopping and the Houston station #1 subway. Rooms are a decent size for NYC and the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who want to spend time in Soho or the West Village. The Nr1 train is at the corner which is an additional bonus. The lobby is clean and friendly and has all that one needs in a NYC hotel. A Dunkin Donuts is next door, and the hotel has an in-house Starbucks. An...

Four of us stayed here on a college tour in Manhattan and were impressed by its proximity to the subway and Greenwich Village/Soho area. The good: + Hotel front door is steps from the Houston St. 1 train, which for us, was very helpful based on what we wanted to do in the city. Had to get uptown on a...

Just returned to Florida from a family vacation to NYC. Everyone we encountered at Courtyard was professional, helpful & friendly! We got great advice on places to eat and had every question answered quickly. Our room was quiet (16th floor), elevators were fast, it was easy to get around by subway and on foot. I would definitely stay here again....
