First time in New York and we picked this hotel without knowing anything about it. We had a pleasant surprise. The hotel was really great with lovely helpful staff. Was sorry we had only booked for a two day stay after our cruise would have loved to have stayed longer. Would tell all my friends to try it. We will...

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were chic, clean and the electronics impressive. We were there celebrating our engagement and a birthday and were greeted with champagne and a personal letter from the hotel. The staff was excellent and might be the best service we have encountered at a hotel. We had a wonderful time at Cassa and...

We stayed at the Cassa hotel recently as the first stop on a four week trip. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile from the door man who assisted us with our bags. Check in was smooth and seamless. The check in staff always greet you with a welcome and can't offer enough assistance. They made a point...

good price and great location. it's a clean hotel that is affordable in mid town. Butter restaurant downstairs is really good. I'd recommend this to any business or tourist wanting a great location. Staff are exceptional and so polite and helpful. Not always the same in other establishments, and places even much higher priced. Give them a tip. They don't...

I like this hotel a lot. It's in a great location. I walk to a lot of popular places. Rockefeller, Broadway venues, Times square, Radio City Music Hall, etc. And it's also near the subway. The room is an adequate size for a New York Hotel, it's clean, the bathroom have the spa vibe, bed is very comfy, big tv,...

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I don't often stay at nicer places like this one, but this was a special occasion. I informed the hotel that it was my partner and I's anniversary and requested a high level room with a view. Not only did we get a wonderful view on the 23rd floor, but when...

Loved this hotel! Rooms are luxuries and boutique. It's located perfectly in New York City, close to Times Square but far enough away to avoid crazy tourists. Short walk to Macy's, Victoria secrets etc. I would stay again!

AWSOME hotel! Great location, close enough to get the New York experience and far enough to not feel the hustle and bustle of Time Square. The staff was amazing, very knowledgeable of the city and attractions. Very friendly and professional! Room was beautiful, comfy and chic, loved everything about the hotel, I'd definitely book here again! Definitely a must go...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
