This is a centrally located hotel near Times Square. My room was large and comfortable, with ample workspace and many outlets. The bathroom was large and actually quite nice, particularly by the standards of New York hotels. Service was very good too.

Got a pretty good deal on TripAdvisor Plus to stay here, and it made our stay even better. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was better than anything we have at home and the location can't be beat. For us, we wanted to be in midtown and be able to walk to the 20's and up to around 57th. This was perfect. Staff was very nice - check-in was pleasant and we received a nice corner room on a high floor. Didn't use the hotel amenities really - just the minibar in our room, and otherwise we went out every day for whatever we needed. It was also very quiet - minimal street noise although some sirens could be heard (hey, it's NYC!) Loved it, and my wife says it's now her favorite hotel in Manhattan.

We had to stay in the city for one night. The staff was super friendly both front desk and over the phone. Paulino was super kind to us making sure we were comfortable with everything. Room was super clean. I would definitely try to book here again.

We needed to get away and see some Broadway shows we have been missing for the last 18 months. We are both front line workers and the hotel treated us so kindly! Gul, the general manager and John the front desk manager, made sure we had a beautiful room that was quiet. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kindness and superior customer service! The room was spotless and large for NYC! It was extremely quiet, which was what we needed. An excellent breakfast and bravo to the restaurant for turning over tables so fast. Very impressive. So close to the theaters and bars in the area! We will be back! How can we not? BTW - The complainers must have stayed somewhere else, we rated it an A+.

Dirty. Zero customer service. The bellmen hanging out with security as guests arrive with bags to a sold out hotel. Built in 2010 this hotel has not had a renovation since abs it shows. You had 18 months to fix everything. Why didn’t it get done? The furniture is marred, the mattresses are 11 yrs old and lumpy/sagging and corner room have a piece of plywood as a shelf over an unusual window ledge. The curtains are ripped and torn. The bathrooms have dirty grout and separating tiles with no caulk. The carpet is the same 11 year old carpet. I stayed her off and on since it’s opening. The restaurant is open for breakfast only. Wake up - it’s the bar that makes you money. It costs a dollar for a drink and hotels charge 12 or 15. Open the bar! And returning home at 1 am to a guest peeing in the. Restaurant was the last straw. Facing the windows to the street, he unzipped and started peeing. Psst. You’re attracting the wrong crowd. No ambassador check in, 10 people in line to check in, keys that don’t work….it’s enough.
