The hotel was very well located (if concerned with safety, you are across the street from a NYC Police Department). The hotel is clean, the service is perfect. I asked for late check-out and there was no problem. Our bags were held for us before and after our stay. Again no problem. Nice rest area on street level with lots...

My fiancée and I admired the courteous staff, breathtaking view of the freedom tower, cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of like being home. Would stay here again without a doubt. I'm actually on line now loooto book again.

I stayed here once before and it was fine. This time I payed a lot more for the room and it was tiny and smelled bad. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but it was pretty far down the list. I'd look elsewhere next time for sure.

The hotel is superb located south of the 9/11 memorial and offers clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect for a couple of nights, maybe not for a longer private stay in NY. The self check-in is OK if the system is not down.

We booked room with kitchenette. Were given a room with no kitchenette. After request were changed into another room on Day 2. Per staff they were fully booked. I understand that but how do you not give a customer room that they paid for. The room we were moved to did not have the view. The toaster was not working,...

Seasoned traveler, my wife and I should have known there was an issue when we arrived at the desk and had to wait 15 minutes for a bellman to get a luggage cart. Then we watched and listened as the desk manager told the family in front of us in Line that his reserved double room was going to ready...

We enjoyed our stay at club quarters hotel. I love the free coffee service in the lobby and free snacks. Free WiFi in the room is very convenient PLUS the laundry room is very helpful especially for long vacation stay for the family. We will definitely come back

Booked a Christmas stay well in advance and selected a room after talking to what seemed to be a quite knowledgeable reservation agent. I gleaned from the conversation our room had a terrace that overlooked the 9/11 memorial. Upon arrival it did not. Albert at the front desk offered another room but it too did not have the offered view....

“If you need space for gathering family or friends, you may need a different hotel, but this was perfect for just the two of us and our stuff. And the price was exceptional for NYC hotels. The area is also very safe and lots to do within very short walk. ”
