Hotel is in great location - right next to the One World Trade Center and 911 Memorial, near by 4 or 5 subway stops so it is very easy to get around the city, even at night. One of the best parts of hotel is restaurant on the 20th floor. The view is amazing! Breakfast on the restaurant`s terrace is...

Visited this hotel recently with my partner and we thought the location was great as it's right by the 9/11 memorial site also it's easy to reach a subway station and the financial district. The only thing it lacks is breakfast but the staff are extremely helpful, it's well looked after, reasonable sized rooms and I'd recommend trying to get...

We came to the city for spring break. We stayed in my parents timeshare the first 2 nights in midtown and needed a hotel for our last night. I picked this place for price, location and amenities. It did not disappoint! The room was very large!! The beds were queen sized. My kids pull out couch/bed was in their own...

I had stayed there and had a wonderful experience with the room and front desk. They were very accommodating, however, when I went to breakfast, I received poor service. I was not seated, had to ask for a menu by the bar, received cold coffee when I had finally gotten my order taken, and the servers were all standing around...

You will be impressed with the location and the view from the 20th story restaurant and friendly staff. But look below the surface and you will find an operation scratching for a buck. Housekeeping delayed my check in time by two hours. The front desk was good enough to provide my party of three to a free breakfast buffet. Thank...

Stayed one night with husband and teenage granddaughter. Location is unbeatable. Next to the 911 Memorial and Museum, couple blocks to subway station and 8 min walk to Battery Park and ferry to Statue of Liberty. Room was small but efficiently laid out and furnished so comfortable for 3 of us. Floor to ceiling glass doors so you can enjoy...

I arrived at this hotel on Saturday 18th March, from a 4hr bus ride visiting from Washington DC. I got to New York and it was ice raining, walked into the lobby and the front desk person that was supposed to help me check in hardly ever made eye contact with me, he was constantly looking into his computer screen,...

Only complaint i had was room was not made up and amenities replenished from day to day. But after complaining to the desk we needed fresh towels, shampoo, and coffee it was restocked accordingly.... but still...
