I stayed for three nights (regular room) and had two suites for my family for one of those nights. Every person at the front desk was friendly and accommodating as we tried to get rooms near each other and ready early. In addition, I felt valued and I appreciated the kindness of the staff beyond the front desk -- Mezzanine, front door, and bell service. Great location in Soho - easy access to great shopping and food.

we had a SoHi suite (corner suite) with city views which were almost 360 and it was so cool to see all of uptown both during the day and at night. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs; there was a mix up in our room the first night which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 and after I pointed out that this was not the room we had booked, it was changed the next night for the rest of our week long stay. Our daughter was thrilled as this was her first visit to NYC.

Everyone working hard and very pleasant at The Dominick. Concierge very helpful. Room comfortable clean and well maintained. Requests for ice were attended to right away. Liked the in-room iPad for requests like pillows, extra shampoo / conditioner, bathrobes, extra towels, etc....they pay attention and really take care of their guests.

D is for Dominick and also the letter grade id give this property upon grading it. This is a hotel that used to be a luxury hotel, now it's a holiday inn without standards. Rooms smell like mold, half the lightbulbs in the hotel were out, first answer to any question was always "no." Have you ever tasted or smelled burned eggs? That's what was received through room service two days in a row. Vile One positive standout was the mezzanine bar. That was the only time I experienced luxury services at this property.

I stayed with boyfriend at the Dominick for 3 weeks. Its hard to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks and not complain even once, our stay was PERFECT!!! The room was always super clean, the housekeepers were always smiley and so pleasant to be around. Felix, who always checked if I needed anything, wrote down my requests and always delivered with a big smile on his face. He was amazing! I felt like a part of family! This is definitely my hotel of choice in NYC. Will be back ♥️
