I'm not sure where the other people that left review stayed, but this place was truly terrible. Staff will not even make eye contact with you or answer questions regarding tourist info. yes it's close to Times Square, but there were pickpocketers literally outside the...More
This is the second time we stayed here. The first time in 08 we had a double room, but this time we only needed the single room. To us, it was all about location. 100mtrs to Time Square or 100mtrs the other way to the...More
Great location for Times Square.
Ideal for people who just need a bed and want to get out and explore New York City.
Rooms cleaned, but stuff not touched. Don't like coming back to a room where all my clothes have been folded!
Just returned form a 4 night stay in these apartments and we were very happy. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 3rd floor. We had requested a no smoking room and we got one, though they can't guarantee this. We had two queen...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

There were chests of drawers and a rack to hang our coats on. We spent 9 nights there and then travelled for another 3 weeks. We were a family of 5 adults. The key to travelling is to use packing cells in your suitcase. They keep everything together neatly so you just find the cell you require instead of unpacking all together. There was a little bit of street noise but I think you would get that anywhere as your are in the city that never sleeps! No bathroom cupboard but if your a smart traveller utilise the bench top on the chest of drawers.
