Where to start. When we arrived on a Thursday the hotel lobby was closed for a refurb. Notices were put up to say works would only last until Saturday morning. The works meant that one lift and the stairs were out of service, which meant queuing for the lift every day. The works were not done on Saturday but a...

Staying at this hotel for business for two nights and unsure if I will be making it that long. It is the single most disorganized, disheveled, and unsafe Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed at. The rooms on the upper floors have been renovated and to be fair aren't quite that bad, but the lower levels look like something...

We started off by entering the hotel through a side entrance as there was construction work going on in the main entrance that we were not told about. Then we were given a room on the 2nd floor. As we came out of the life the passage was not accessible as there were service trolleys lined up and we had...

This hotel is in a great location, just round the corner from the subway and ten minutes into Times Square. We had a family room which wasn't big enough for more than two people. Incredibly cramped, and the room had a really bad smell from the carpet. Breakfast room also smelt terrible, which put us off eating, not sure if...

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights during our trip to New York. We booked the hotel mainly based on price and we didn't expect much for what we paid but we actually really enjoyed it. Amanda checked us in after our long flight from London quickly and efficiently. Our room was spacious for New York and had...

This was my first stay in new York and I had no idea where anything was. The taxi driver had trouble finding it because there is only a small sign above the entrance. I was very happy of the location and the room. This a great hotel and it's in the perfect area to do anything you want and most...

This hotel was in a perfect location as I took my daughter to visit Pace University. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the price was very reasonable for NYC, and everything about my brief stay went as planned. I would stay there again.

I visited New York with my husband and his two teenage daughters. We booked one room with double beds, and got a great deal online. The room was extremely small - just a little bigger than the two double beds! However, that was fine with us as we really only used the room to sleep. The room and bathroom were...
