We stayed in Room #204, and it is falling apart, the bed is really bad. Beyond that the staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

We take all feedback very seriously. We have upgraded the room. It now has a brand new Euro Plush Queen size bed and and brand new headboard. it is now one of our most popular rooms.
We recently traveled to New York for our son's wedding. He and his now-wife live close by, and the closest hotel to them is the Gracie Inn, so we stayed there for three nights, along with our other two children and their spouses, and my...More
I was worried about the other reviews but my room was very clean. No sign of rodent, bug, etc. Daniel was very helpful when I checked in and remembered that I would have a conference call that afternoon to patch through. So nice. The rooms...More
Be cautious. Photos look much better than hotel, great photography. Can not wait to leave here in the morning. This place is infested with mice. A mouse jumped on me while walking up stairs this evening. Very run down, showers do not work properly. Furniture...More

Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the
neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
