Great staff, price is great and the rooms are bigger than a lot of rooms in the city, great Breakfast with a lot to choose from. was very clean but little outdated but still very nice will stay here again.
The Holiday Inn in Times Square was adequate for our stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, although quite small. We did not have any issues with the elevators, but they were understandably busier first thing in the morning. The free breakfast was tasty and well organized. The staff always helped you find a seat and were quick to refill the food stations. We found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Lili who seeminlgly went our of her way to help. She always had a smile for us. Thank you! The hotel location was good, quite close to the subway and shows on Broadway and off Broadway.…
This was our second trip to New York City. Our first trip we paid an arm and a leg for our hotel room and it was right in the heart of Time Square but the room was so small it was ridiculous. This time we stayed here at the Holiday Inn Time Square which is a 8-10 min walk to the hub of Time Square. We would definitely stay here again!! This Holiday Inn was great, our room was spacious, quiet and spotless extremely safe area as well. Breakfast was included , so many varieties of sausage, eggs, pancakes, fruit, muffins and cereals.…
For first time traveled to New York by our own, this holiday inn was up to our expectation. Room was spacious, quiet and many families stayed here, we felt very safe. Breakfast was included , so many varieties of hot foods, drinks , cakes and cereals, fresh fruits also fresh made pan cake. All the staffs worked there were helpful, cheerfully , energetic and friendly. From hotel it takes about 8-10 mins walked to Port Authority bus terminal where you can take a bus , train and Newark express bus to airport and walked distance to time square. If you would like to have breakfast in the hotel and longer stayed near time square, I would recommend this hotel reasonable price and good value for money.…
As with all Express by Holiday Inn hotels it is basic. Free breakfast is a big plus and breakfast was good but room was very busy and can be hard to get a seat. Rooms small but that's everywhere in NYC. Area around the hotel is rough. I say people sleeping rough and going through trash. Value for money definitely but don't expect luxury. A big shout out to the young lady concierge she got us a last minute shuttle to EWR after I booked my shuttle for the wrong day. Top class service from a lovely lady who is a credit to the hotel.…
