I booked the Marrakech for a 15 night stay with two girlfriends. We loved it and could not have been happier with the staff, location and our room. Whether on receiption or otherwise they could not have been more helpful. Our rooms were clean and maintained daily and any issue was dealt with promptly. Issues - yes there is a...

It isn't a hotel. It's a hostel with few private rooms. They should state that clearly for guests. Dated. Smelly. It doesn't look good. Things are falling apart. You can stay in a way better real hotel for the same price. NEVER AGAIN.

The room was tiny and HOT. We had asked for a rollaway bed, called to confirm that day "they said Yes" and still no rollaway, which really mattered to us. The staff was friendly, but did not solve our disappointment. The lobby is as pictured, but is on the 2nd floor. The halls, STAIRS and rooms are not as expected...

That was nice to stay here. The location is perfect for knowing NY' nightlife. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Many places around to have a breakfast. Will definitely stay here during my next trip.

Convinietly located on Broadway. Very accessible to the Subway. Hotel reception has a nice Moroccan theme to it, hence the name 'Marrakesh hotel' but the rooms... not so much. The rooms were quiet small - we had an en suite and that was also very small. Not breakfast provided but there are many cafes/shops nearby. For the price, we can't...

This was a good place to rest our heads on our first visit to New York City. Our bags were taken up immediately while I parked the car about a block away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was extremely small but clean and comfortable. We were only in the room to sleep but the bed was...

Stayed for Christmas and new year, they upgraded our room as we had a lengthy stay, very welcoming and helpful staff as well as being unobtrusive, very decent sized room with good en-suite, great housekeeping and nice lobby! Does what it says on the tin and we've had a great stay here.

The hotel has a nice location, close to subway, central park and in a neighborhood with a few restaurants and markets around. But the hotel itself isn't so good. The heat doesn't have an adjustment, and our room was so hot that we had to sleep with air conditioning turned on. The window were stuck. They don't serve breakfast, but...

So using this is the basis of what our future Christmas travel would be like with a family of 4 this place ranked last. This was the first year we were not home Christmas and staying in this hotel made it seem like a bad idea. Rooms were roasting, towels had stains, no elevator and stairs were not forgiving with...
