Although I read they had a recent renovation, it seems the rooms could have improved even more. The room's bathroom looked old, room service was not top, but the restaurant's staff were very kind. I thought it was expensive and wouldn't stay there again.
I really liked this hotel, the location is fantastic.
Rooms a little small, but comfortable.
Room had no bathtub.
Valet parking (only option) is $45 per day (expensiveeee).
Service is great, very friendly.
I really wanted to love this place. It’s gorgeous. But alas, my room had no shampoo or conditioner, which made me late for a meeting. I found this out after almost panicking because there was no toilet paper out. Luckily there was a spare roll....More

Very tasteful renovation of guest rooms. Well maintained luxury hotel. Well trained staff. Good location. Especially liked India Street and Little Italy area- a recommendation from hotel concierge. Gaslamp area awful and a waste. Pleased with my choice of The Grant.
