The hotel was very nice. We had a great view of the beach, and sitting out for sunset on the balcony was amazing. The rooms are kept clean and nice, the staff is friendly and quick to answer questions about the area, and the option to take boogie boards to the ocean supplied by the hotel, followed up with a...

I have stayed here several times now and will continue coming back. If you are looking for a Pacific Beach experience, this location is perfect. This trip was for business, so I had to drive downtown and back every day. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the heart of downtown at rush hour. Very quick trip to...

My twin sister and I decided to celebrate our 60th birthday by spending a few days in San Diego. We booked Ocean Park Inn and it was absolutely the right decision. Located on the boardwalk, the hotel offers fabulous views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, king bed is comfortable and the water in the shower is hot. yay!...

This was a great hotel and the rooms were very clean. Enjoyed the quick, convenient access to the beach as well. Morning breakfast was nice to have. Would definitely stay again, although it would be nice to get offered an automatic upgrad to better view room given how slow the hotel was mid-week.

I was very weary about booking this hotel. Price was right for a location on the beach but the reviews were mixed. Since the manager responded to most of the posts on TripAdvisor, I decided we would go. This was a good hotel for our family which includes three kids under age 7. They offered a continental breakfast which includes...

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such fantastic feedback! It sounds like the entire family enjoyed their time exploring the area. We do believe we provide the most bang for the buck in Pacific Beach, especially when families like yours take advantage of our complimentary amenities and services. The continental breakfast and beach toys, for example,...

The room had a nice nostalgic retro feel. If you are looking for contemporary, this is not it. The staff were very friendly and the location was terrific--ocean view while also surrounded by shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel!

My daughter and I decided to run up to San Diego for the weekend as we were both craving some ocean time (We live in Tucson, AZ). After searching for a hotel on the beach, this one seemed to have good reviews and a reasonable price so I booked it and off we went! We climbed out of the car...

Ocean Park Inn delights one's senses...fantastic forever sights, fresh ocean breeze smells, delightful breakfast to taste, exciting and soothing sounds of the ocean. There is so much to see and do right outside Ocean Park Inn, starting on the boardwalk that goes on forever in either direction. One will find the ocean, beach, Crystal Pier, birds, dolphins, waves, palm trees,...

What an eloquently worded review! It seems like you got the full Pacific Beach experience, between the people watching and walking the boardwalk. Autumn is when San Diego gets a lot of European visitors - as the weather starts to cool down in Europe, many try to escape the cold for just a few more weeks and come visit us!...
