My husband and I had stayed at this hotel years ago on a business trip and wasn't sure how it would be for our entire family but were pleasantly surprised that it was fabulous for all of us. We have a 7-year-old and a 4-year-old and the first thing they did was jump in the pool upon arrival. The pool...

This was a solo weekend getaway for me to San Diego. I read mixed reviews about this hotel so I was a little hesitant. However, this is a fantastic hotel. Beautiful, friendly and helpful staff, great pool area. It is a bit of a party scene with a mixture of families and young bros and gals. Strong wifi signal. I'm...

Beautiful facilities, very nice rooms, comfortable beds. Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. Restaurant on site, Roys, had the most amazing lobster and scallops ever! Hotel bar had excellent happy hour specials for drinks and apps. All around awesome experience at this hotel. Excellent location within walking distance to the Gaslamp District. Would stay here again for sure.

Just returned from a terrific stay at the Marriott Marquis in San Diego. This place has something for everyone--an excellent location, efficiency for business travelers and tons of amenities for families. The room was super comfortable, luxurious, and modern and the setting spectacular (the bay view is especially gorgeous) but what really made the stay so special was the staff....

Had a great visit for business. Concierge lounge is in the south / east tower. Pool area is great with an adult only hot tub. With the gas lamp a mere ten blocks away, you can easily get away without having a car if you just want to relax for the weekend

Overall a lovely Marriott experience. Situated right on the Bay, make sure to get a room with a Bay view, the others won't be very nice. The best thing about this hotel is its location to both the Gaslamp District and Seaport Village, as well as its proximity to a Green Line Trolley Station which will get you anywhere you...

Was staying with my mom who was here for business. At the arrival was greeted by valets in Hawaii style blue shirts, which was very joyful after conservative NY style. The front desk agent, John Farle was awesome. He found us awesome rooms with balconies & marina view. He also provided us with the running map and complimentary wifi &...

The location of the San Diego Marriott Marquis is a huge plus. Adjacent to both Seaport Village and the Convention Center, and across the street from a trolley stop all make it an appealing location. All of this does add to the busyness of the lobby and restaurant areas. The room was spacious and well appointed. The water pressure in...

Location, location, location! Right on the Bay and close to the Gaslight District, this hotel is situated right where you want to be. The hotel itself has nice rooms and full service for all of your needs. The restaurant serves a good variety of delicious food also if you don't feel like going out to find a meal somewhere. I...

Ten years and still most consistent awesome experience it was the first time I stayed here. Still the Best GM. Best Managers. Best staff, facilities. The pool bathrooms are noticeably on point the cleanest even at peak times. It's a pleasure to tip housekeeping because they really all are such a good team. Ace rental operates the Valet.
