I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the last twenty plus years (!!!), from when I first moved here and was looking for an apartment, to the times I've moved back and was looking for a new apartment or repainting, to times I just needed air conditioning and a pool to go to in summer because the places...

This is a great location, close to downtown, Sea World and the highway. The hotel is very clean and the staff were great. There was an odor in our room the first night but no issues after that. Nothing fancy. Would go back again.

My husband and I made reservations here through a 3rd party website. My bank statement was showing some extra charges (ended up being another hotel charge + kings inn lumped together under "kings inn " so it through everyone off). Ana and Chris were soooo kind and showed me all of the charges and reassured me everything had been done...

Ana and Chris are stars for sure. We are very happy they could ease your billing concerns and that you could enjoy your stay. As a hotel we understand that we will not gain similar praises from every guest, but we rarely fault the ones who have left dissatisfied. Constructive feedback is always helpful in our efforts to make every...

I had an overnight stay here after completing a conference held elsewhere. I was flying to the east coast on an early flight. Staff was helpful in getting me an early check in so I could take a nap before dinner. Ate in the Amigo Spot, great food, wonderful live music. Spotlessly clean room, perfect bed, nice room layout with...

With a moniker like Fussytraveler_12, we feel especially honored to have such great feedback from you. When we remodeled our rooms, we were determined not to look like a copy-cat chain and are happy you can appreciate that. The Amigo Spot is lively on weekends with music and great specials and we thank you for trying it. Thank you for...

Have stayed here before, but would like to thank David and his staff for making our stay a great one. Martin at the Amigo Spot was fantastic, as was everything else. Thanks so much, we will be back soon.

Originally we booked just for 2 days incase we didn't like the hotel for our 6 night vacation. We stayed our entire stay at Kings Inn. The hotel is not a luxury hotel but with that being said it's a very nice property. Pros- clean, beds were comfortable, towels were good quality. Coffee maker and fridge in room. The pool...

Thank you for your review. It is true, even with our extensive remodel, the one thing that cannot be changed is room size. However, guests who are wanting a premium on space are welcome to book adjoining rooms, of which we have roughly 80. This allows you to take advantage of our lower rates to have two sleeping rooms and...

My room was clean, bathroom felt small. Staff were friendly. Not too expensive. I would stay there again. Good value for the money. I seemed family friendly judging by the number of families and kids splashing around the pool. The structure is older style but well maintained and the rooms open directly outside.

Kings Inn is family-owned and family-friendly. And we are glad you enjoyed your stay and felt our rates were a good value. Thank you for sharing your review.

The rooms were decorated nicely. They have a fairly good pool area. We booked a tour through the hotel and the trolley picked us up in front of the hotel. The Kings Inn has a lovely breakfast restaurant too! My only concern is that our room was not very sound proof (ground floor, near the pool). Other than that, the...

Thank you for your review. It is great that you enjoyed our hotel and restaurants. Our pool is lively year round as it is kept at 80 degrees, but guests can always request to be away from it. We hope you can visit again.

I like the throw-back 50's styling. Everything is clean and in good condition, despite the 50-year-old look. Pool and spa looked good -- didn't have time to try. Waffle Spot is excellent breakfast choice, and the Mexican restaurant and grill, Amigo Spot serves good, simple food and honest drinks. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient...

Minimal frills help us to keep the rates approachable, though we do have more than many more expensive options in our area. All rooms are non smoking and feature refrigerators, coffeemakers, in room safes, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and newer decor. Most hotels with restaurants have to offer higher rates to help support their food and beverage, but our Waffle...

My Wife and I stayed at the Kings Inn because it was close to the game (and good priced). The staff was excellent! They helped us with our travel plans on how to get to the game. They are so friendly and always made you feel welcomed. We had no problems with our bed. It was super comfortable. The pool...

Sadly, it looks like we won't be hosting any NFL games at Qualcomm Stadium in the foreseeable future. We are glad you and your wife had the opportunity to visit during what turned out to be a great season for the Chiefs. Thank you for sharing your review.
