Hard to believe how far this once grand name of hotels is slipping. Here on a fairly large meeting and our group booked a lot of rooms but most of were somewhat shocked. The hotel check in was fine but after that the wheels fall off. Rooms are OK but the bathrooms are very tired. One morning no hot water...

Stayed 4 nights for a conference at the convention center. The first thing I noticed about the room was the poor attention to cleaning. There was hair on the bathroom floor the night I checked in (that wasn't mine). The furniture in the room was dusty! I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff and they informed...

This hotel has a new feel, and the public areas are quite impressive. There are two towers, which, apparently, were built within a few years of each other, with the Lobby and Convention areas in between. The hotel is downtown, close to harbors, Coronado Island, and public transportation, including light rail. There are plenty of restaurants nearby - both chain...

Attended a conference at this hotel. From the moment you walk in until the time they help you into the cab when you leave you will not be disappointed. I found the hotel to be very clean and beautiful. The staff were all pleasant , friendly and helpful. Enjoyed lunch at the sports bar located with the hotel. Staff were...

Stayed at this great Grand Hyatt for a conference and found it wonderful in many ways. Lobby bar is excellent with food service much of the day/evening, restaurant with extensive buffet brunch had lovely views and EXCELLENT service (a quick shoutout to our server Serawit, who treated us warmly, courteously and extraordinarily professionally). Something you might not learn elsewhere: their...

This was my first visit to San Diego and wasn't sure what to expect. I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. First impressions, the city is beautiful and picturesque. The location of this hotel was great both for business and families. Directly downstairs is a short walk to the seaside village that has a collection of shops, restaurants and...

I was here for a conference, which the hotel accommodated well. The food was great. The room was comfortable. The location allows for easy access to Seaport Village and walking along the pier. Also, it is a very easy walk into the Gaslamp District, which has a nice variety of shopping, and loads of great restaurants.
