As a Diamond member we were given a Regency King on the 14th floor. Having been on a team doing safety inspections for 150+ hospitals I have NEVER seen a property more dangerous for young people. Between wires on the floor, fire exit and shade chords it is doubtful that this hotel meets California safety standards or for that matter...

Only had an overnight stay. Arrived early on a Friday about 8:00 AM. Upon arrival valet attendant suggested I try to check in. I was able to check in early and given tower room upgrade with a gorgeous view of Mission Bay. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. There is construction going on at certain parts of...

I stayed here for 4 nights on a mini solo vacation after a work trip in Vegas. The view from my room, overlooking the pool was absolutely stunning. I loved having a little patio and the ability to open the sliding door for fresh air. My room itself unfortunately was pretty dirty. Stains everywhere. Rug, walls, dirty nightstands, couch was...

Have knocked this down a few stars for a number of reasons. Building work going on at the moment which we were not notified of. It starts at 7.30am and therefore , so do you. Our room was really rather dirty. The sofa and cushions are stained. The bedroom wall had mould right next to the bed and the windows...

Stayed for 3 days while attending a conference on site. We were in the small walk up building with open hallways. It is great to walk out of your room into the fresh ocean air. The conference was really well supported by the hotel staff. Onsite restaurant was great too. Looking forward to going back next year.

If you book through a third party avoid staying here or you can expect to stay in a sub par room next to the noisy loading area. Price seem decent at booking until the required $29 resort fee and $37 for parking are added on at hotel. Good location next to Sea World and beach.

Got here from the airport and they don't have any rooms available. We booked a king corner suite in January. They are sending us to another hotel "for the night." They acted like they're doing us a favor by giving this night free. I feel that common sense says if there isn't a room, we shouldn't pay for a room,...
