Located in the Gaslamp district that has a plethora of restaurants and places to go. Some of the rooms can overlook Petgo baseball park. The concierge lounge was very nice with a good view and adequate breakfast. My only complaints were lack of a pool or hot tub, no concierge service on the weekend, and a lackluster fitness center. The...

I stayed here in May 2017 when my normal hotel, the Marriott Marquis & Marina, was booked. I had never stayed here before, but had stayed all around it. The hotel was a great stay. The lobby was great, the check-in staff was among the best I have experienced. Very happy and very helpful, plus they had big bowls of...

We spent a long weekend here and would definitely return. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lynette on the concierge level. I'd definitely chose the option. In addition to a nice buffet breakfast they were able to accommodate special dietary requests. The in hotel restaurant was good and the rooftop bar offers a nice "peek" view of the...

They cater for lots of heavy drinking Padre fans. Room besides ours was thrashed during the night police called! AYOR worst Marriott I have stayed in! There for an eight day business trip just so pleased to leave.

Yes, the rooms do you have a funky odor but it is not horrible and you get used to it. There definitely needs to be renovating. The shower tub combo is too small by today's standards. I've included detailed pictures of the gym so that health-conscious visitors can plan their trip.

Very clean, organized personnel and room was reasonable. One of the staff mentioned the Broken Yoke Cafe for breakfast even though they had a restaurant in their hotel. Very thoughtful. This was a hotel we picked the night before our cruise sailed through the Panama Canal.

Very happy with this hotel. Staff was great and rooms were large and very clean. Nice workout room with decent equipment. Valet parking very expensive but there is parking across the street for just $15.00. Great view of Petco park and walking distance to many attractions.

The San Diego Marriott Gaslamp has an absolutely perfect location for strolling the Gaslamp district in San Diego! We had an amazing room with a perfect view of Petco Park. While we weren't here for a game, I would absolutely stay here to attend one in the future. It is literally right next door. The entire staff was very friendly,...

I rarely give 5 stars to any hotel, but the Marriott Gaslamp Quarter is very deserving! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, even patiently helping me learn to use Uber. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. One morning we splurged for breakfast at the hotel. The food was incredibly good and service was very attentive. Petco Park...
