I went to the Rancho Bernardo Inn last week to relax and enjoy the resort while my mom was staying there for a convention. My plane was delayed in Boston for 3 hours and when I arrived in San Diego my luggage was lost. While waiting to file a claim my car rental company closed causing me to pay more...

I stayed at Rancho Bernardo Inn during a conference, and from the minute we arrived, the service was terrible. We had a hard time getting someone to take care of us during lunch, as they were understaffed, I got sick from the food. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were promised a text message to let us...

There is no question that a resort, such as this, is a perfect spot for a wedding weekend - allowing guests to walk freely around the expansive grounds and dine/drink together in the restaurant/bar. While we enjoyed our time in California, we expected more for the price of the stay. Our room did not include the package we requested, we...

Excellent front desk welcoming; room was over the top. Golfing experience was wonderful; course in great shape. Had a package of room with golf for one day and the price was fair. Overall, it's a great place to relax with plenty to offer.

I get regular massages (sometimes as often as once a week) and have for many years now. It improves my quality of life - no shame in my game. I have gotten massages all over the world and at some of the finest hotels and spas. As you probably know or can imagine, quality varies. I can say, without a...

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel grounds and rooms are lovely. The service at the Avant restaurant was good, however the menu items were somewhat pretentious. I ordered the lobster. It was disappointing as it was a small portion and barely warm. My husband had the filet which was delicious. The adult pool area appeared very dated and...

This resort is tops on my list for a return visit. Staff is impeccable - property is lovely, food at Avant and Veranda is outstanding. The Spa with the saltwater pool and Jacuzzi was tops on my list for a relaxing, enjoyable experience following my massage. And if you are a golfer, this is the place to go.

We went for a wedding and the place was gorgeous but the service was terrible.
