I can't vouch for all rooms-but ours had the ceramic tile that looks like wood. No carpet, which is nice because the rooms are all outside entry. We would stay again-not fancy, but very clean and reasonably priced - esp during summer weekend.
Too far to walk to sea world....we parked the car at hotel and just did Uber around-it was maybe 8 dollars one way from hotel to smack dab front door of sea world.
