The sheets had not been changed. Actual blood on the pillow cases. Dick droppings in front of the door. Flies everywhere. The staff was good in taking care of things but the lack of cleanliness was very disturbing. The floors were filthy and I was not the only one to complain in a conference of about 85 people.

I give this resort high marks for the experience "I had". I have read some very disparaging things about this resort. I'm sorry to say that some are true. But, Allow me to tell you about "my" experience at Paradise Point... An hour and a half before arrival to the resort I booked my family of 3 adults in to...

When we arrived, we could not find our designated parking spot, when we asked for help from a guy in one of the golf carts, he also could not find the spot. We assume it was overlooked or just not available. Our meetings ran late and the market closed early so we needed to rely on the restaurants for food....

I would highly recommend this location it was peaceful and serene. Many locations near by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Spa and pools are beautiful. Best massage I have ever had. I will be back before this year is over!

I paid $588/night during a busy week in March 2017. Walked into the room with my wife and two small kids and was astonished by the dumpster that is was. Humidity at 100%, bugs, spiders in the shower, flies, and an army of mosquitoes. The room has not been updated for at least 40 years. The sink and bathtub overflowed....

The resort grounds were beautiful and well kept. I felt the rooms needed to be updated. The shower was in need of handicap bars. A better idea would be to have shower stalls instead of tub showers. The television service was very poor.

Finding the Lobby for check in was difficult. Room smelled stale. The bathmat was dirty. live spider in the tub. The tub had stains from the bathmat. Liner to shower curtain was dirty and missing the magnet. The mattresses are hard as rock. Pillows were nice and soft at least. The flora and trees were lovely and the walk to...

Beautiful resort but little things add up to where I would not want to return. Didn't get the room we were expecting when booked and had to pay an extra $100 for an upgrade to a room closer to the water. Noise between neighbors. Rowing crew of 40 people at 7 am for an hour as they got ready to...

First the good: all the employees were friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat. If traveling with a family, this property allows for lots of activity on site...so it's really geared to that. I traveled alone as I was trying to use a Groupon voucher ( more on that mess later...) so I found myself wanting to "get...

I was on the property for a conference, which was in their beautiful conference center. The conference rooms were well-equipped and the catering staff who worked the conference events were great. The island is lovely and quite, the staff are friendly and helpful, and every meal I had was delicious. Some of the buildings are a bit on the older...
