This property offers relaxation and quiet, with good restaurants, easy freeway access, a white sandy beach that surrounds it, great fire pits and a decent work out facility. It is definitely dated, and expensive ($5 for a small bottle of oj,) ,but hearing the birds in the morning, seeing the lush tropical landscaping with the ocean lapping outside your door, takes...

Not a great place to stay with family. Location is good. Staff is okay but they did not do much to fix the hot water issue in the room. Overall I'm dissatisfied and would think twice before going again to this hotel.

we like that the parking was just outside the room, the jacuzzies were hot as expected, we enjoy the bike ridding but the bikes are really old, the pizza was delicius at the cave, our room was ok, but we expected it bigger. There were kids even in the adults pool.

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the reserved parking, bike rentals, jacuzzis and dining at Caveman Pizza. We also wanted to let you know that we've upgraded the bicycles at the resort, and now have a fleet of brand new bikes. We hope to welcome you back on your next vacation! nice location, very tropical and relaxed atmosphere, service is top notch, convenient to airport......... just needs updating to rooms - shower heads old, add dressers to put clothes, heat/air inconsistent, and fix outlets (loose).

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a tropical oasis. Our room attendant brought wood for the fire pit and came back to take us to Tidal Restaurant in the cart. We sat outside with a lovely bay view and the food was amazing. It was not too crowded this time of...

We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed all aspects of our 44-acre island. S'mores along the Bay and dining at Tidal are two of our favorite island experiences, and we're delighted you were able to experience both. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back to Paradise Point in the near future! David Hall Managing...

While we're glad the staff was exceptionally kind, we're surprised and disappointed to hear about the rest of your stay. We are typically known for having some of the best views in San Diego, as we are an island situated on serene Mission Bay. In addition, we wanted to let you know that our flooring consists of hardwood and tile...

This hotel looked like something out of a scary movie when you pull up to your room. The bathroom was half clean, the mattress needs to be upgraded. This hotel is not worth the amount of money we paid.

View and location of hotel was cool. The room at first looked great but seems they do not do a good job mopping. We traveled with children one child was a crawler but got super dirty after crawling around for 5 minutes. I had to mopdown the whole floor just to find out how bad the place was. There was...

This property is in desperate need of a makeover. The room was old; I received bed bug bites during my stay. The bathroom door hinge dropped to the floor. There is no carpeting in the room. The chairs are uncomfortable.

We appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of your concerns, and would like to sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Due to our location being next to a beach, we've installed hardwood floors instead of carpet so sand can be easily removed. We wanted to also let you know that your room has...
