Disgusting in every aspect! It's like a bunch of lazy people robbing you for the free beach! Rooms stunk so bad! Nats, local wildlife try to get in your rooms and jump on your tables to eat your food!

The resort was nice but dated. The grounds were pretty but not as well taken care of as I would like. It seemed like we stepped back into the 60's. perhaps that was intentional but if so it didn't necessarily feel that way. Nice place but not quite as nice as I had hoped from website.

Not Clean, Bugs and Poor TV Connection, not good for business at all and better fit families, not professionals. The property could be gorgeous with several millions in upgrades. Just tired and old and grounds need to be cleared and maintained.

I'll start off by saying they try. The staff was super friendly and the inside of the rooms were cute. However, the property is clearly old and the "bungalows" from the outside look like a bunker. I felt knickel and dimed at ever turn. The coffee in the room is free but the small bottle of water was $4. Every...

Love the location, pools need a facelift. Bathrooms and rooms in general do not fit the price you pay. Desperately need an update. Destination owners of this property should not be proud. The rooms look so dirty and old looking. Hot tubs didn't look clean at all. We also had natts flying around the room.

This is a beautiful resort with excellent facillities, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Their conference facilities would be highly recommended. The options of different restaurants and a wide variety of food is placing Paradise Point Resort in a higher level. I would highly recommend this location.

Lovely, peaceful accommodation for a business setting. The room was spacious and relaxing. The conference rooms were beautiful. The grounds were exotic and provided a serene atmosphere. I slept soundly.

Would not recommend this resort to anyone!! Definitely not worth what the room charges are!! Try to book Catamaran, better location and amenities. Property very old. rooms have odors and are small. property outside of rooms are littered and dirty. Food in restaurants is average. Menu choices are poor with very little variety. Prices all around are too high for...

The room & bathroom needs minor cosmetic renovations to bring it up to date. Customer Service was excellent however the housekeeping staff needs more training or a manager to go behind them as there were noticeable shortcuts.
