I stayed in Studio 1, which is across the street from the main B&B on a residential street in North Park. It was very private, which a great sunny courtyard and a continuous fountain so there was no other noise. King size bed with loads of quilts and pillows. Plenty of room to spread out. Handy little make-up table and...

It's never to late to claim our enjoyment ! Our first visit to San Diego CA and we are really enjoyed our one month stay in Carole's "Casita" ( two rooms+kitchen+bathroom), across the street in a nice residential neighborhood. Delicious great breakfast. Carole and her son always open for all informations you need..... Very good location in North Park, easy...

From the instant I walked into Carole's Inn I felt like I was visiting my grandmother. The detail and love Carole puts into her Inn overflows into every room and the patio. The location is in a neighborhood so we were taken off guard but enjoyed feeling like one of the neighbors when we went out for a night stroll...

I've been to Carole's many times, both for pleasure and on business trips. The B&B is a 1904 vintage Craftsman house, wonderfully kept up. It is not a super fancy place, but a very comfortable place. The owners/innkeepers - Carole and her son Michael - are wonderfully warm and friendly people, who are genuinely concerned that you have a pleasant...

Carole's is great. It's much cheaper than staying downtown, and cooler as well because it's in the heart of the North Park neighborhood, with lots of great dining within walking distance. The house and rooms are lovely, and the swimming pool is the best I've ever swum in. Also, it's a quick walk to Balboa Park and a stone's throw...

Before we were even to the doorstep, Carole was out to welcome us to her place. She set us up nicely, giving us a little tour of the property and a little history of the house. The pool was a wonderful oasis where rest and relaxation were easily found--and the Rose Room was the best!! Her sons whipped up tasty...

We stayed at Carole's for our 25th anniversary and absolutely loved both her and the house, which is perfectly located for long days wandering through Balboa Park, going to the Zoo, and walking to outstanding restaurants only a few blocks away. Breakfast was delicious (LOTS of fresh fruit and homemade bread) and Carole herself delightful, warm and more than willing...

The location of Carole's is perfect for a short or longer term visit to San Diego. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but has quick access to all the major attractions of the city. The B&B is like a trip to your grandmother's house - if your grandmother lived in the 1950's. Carole's is comfortable, but not luxurious. Our one...

We found this B & B while looking for another. and It was lucky for us that we did. We only stayed there one night and wish it could have been longer. It was just for a 2 day getaway and because the stay was so great it made our trip that much more enjoyable. We cannot say enough about...
