We stayed here from Nov 26 to Dec 1st 2016 the location is great for waterfront access and for the Gaslamp Quarter. The staff were very friendly the hotel shuttle was also a nice benefit. They served a nice pre-dinner snack to SPC members in the lobby every evening. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi oh and the sun. Only...

The hotel as such is OK. You may get good views. Internet speed is very fast. Main problem was excessive noise. The air conditioning system makes a constant humming sound. Then there is aircraft noise and traffic and other mechanical noises. I checked out early as it was impossible to sleep. Checkout staff not interested.

ProfessorCalculus - It is unfortunate we were unable to assist you while you were here with the mentioned challenges. We typically do not get noise complaints and when we do, it is because the air vent at the window is inadvertently left open allowing the outside noise in. I only wish you were able to stay longer and enjoy the...

The Westin San Diego is a wonderful hotel. The staff greet you with a smile and are willing to help you with anything you need. The rooms are beautiful with a great view of the bay or the Coronado Bridge. This hotel is extraordinary in its service and friendliness. I would recommend anyone stay there. This Westin also has a...

We just spent a week at the Westin and were very impressed with the quality and service. All staff were very helpful. We asked for and received a generous late stay time to accommodate our late flight. Quality of bedding is excellent with four pillows per bed. After 4 pm the lobby offers hot chocolate and delicious apple cider. The...

ehogan - Thank you for the excellent review. I am so pleased you enjoyed your week with us here at the Westin San Diego. It is unfortunate the pool was out of service during your stay. It is now back online. We have converted the pool from a chemical pool to a saline pool which we are hearing from our...

The Westin San Diego has no Customer service or satisfaction, at all. They only try to get as much money out of your pocket as possible, they are 100% inflexible, the response in communication is very slow, you need to send questions a couple time to get the right answers, they send important information last minute or after a couple...

Really good hotel. Kind of a typical high level business hotel, but with consistent service and good rooms. Nice views of the bay. Breakfast is excellent and the price is ok. Very good fitness center and outdoor pool. Very well located (close to Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy). Nice options for dining and for entertainment. Recommended.

Spent 3 nights here with my wife during our California tour and really enjoyed our stay. Having arrived after a few nights in Vegas the relaxed atmosphere and non-pushy staff were a very welcome change. Great room with comfortable bed and decent shower. Really interesting building and architecture, especially the glass lift overlooking the bar area. Great location for bus...

I give this place 0 stars. Please do not stay here or do anything here.I had picked this place for my wedding because of its gorgeous architecture, but unfortunately, I was only given empty promises. I had no idea who was my main point of contact. I was juggled around by multiple people. I was verbally promised that the pool...

lan1043 - It is unfortunate you are not giving any credit to the hotel for the above and beyond service that was provided to you on your special day. Without a wedding coordinator, DJ, florist and the necessary special items provided/used for such a special event - your hotel contact and the person that ensured the event went off successfully...

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights for a meeting my husband was attending. Staff was friendly, room was updated and clean and the hotel was within a 10-15 min walk from the Gaslamp district.
