Entirely impressive hotel. Stayed for four nights with a family of five. Staff are excellent - with attention to small detail. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. We stayed in a Junior Ocean View - which included two queens and a single, which was on the smaller side for a family of five, bit larger rooms are available. location...

Excellent staff, excellent view, excellent everything! After breaking up our trip between multiple hotels, I was happily relieved we saved the best for last. This will be the only hotel we stay in when we come to San Diego from now on. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The view was everything we had hoped for with a full...

Hello in Las Vegas! We are so happy you included us in your recent trip to San Diego. We do get some incredible sunsets throughout the year and I am glad you and your family were able to catch some. With so few suites and Jr. Suites we don’t have enough availability to offer them to the many travel agents...

I was so impressed with this hotel and, mostly, the incredible kindness and attentivenessof the staff there. From the moment we checked in, the staff could not have been more accommodating. And always with a smile. Regarding syle and cleanliness - over the top! So clean with such a beautiful view. Located where you could walk to everything. I really...

I was thoroughly impressed with the Pacific Terrace. It's wonderful decor says upscale beach resort from the moment you walk in. I knew immediately that this was going to be a great vacation. The staff was smiling and courteous. My ocean view room was remarkable...large, clean, huge HD television, luxuriously framed beds. The walk to the beach is 30seconds....you're splashing...

I used to live in pacific beach so I'm pretty aware of all the hotels in the area. I love the pacific terrace and stay there every time we come into town. First off, get the ocean view room. It's worth listening to the ocean all night and the view is unbeatable. The pool has a view of the ocean...

Dear Guest, It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed your stay once again. It’s great that you took advantage of the extra amenities and of course, the beach. I agree there is a variety of good casual food options in the area and Konos is the local favorite for breakfast. Next time your with us, stop by the Reception Desk and...

We went for our honeymoon and felt like kings and queens. You must stay here atleast once and I'm sure you'll want to go back just like we do. I can't wait to stay here again. PS duck dive has the best ribeye sandwich I've ever had in my life!!! We had it 33 times.

This was my 3rd stay here, obviously I love it. This time I took my boyfriend for his birthday. Pros - 1. Location - You are RIGHT on the ocean. Okay, you have to go down some steps. A lot of food and cool places within walking distance (I highly recommend KONO'S for any meal, and of course Pacific Beach...

4th annual trip and stay here: rooms, property, views & staff certainly remain wonderful. However, rates had doubled to $665 for twin ocean view room since last year (and for that matter since sister-in-law stayed 2-weeks ago). We made reservations 1+ month ago and when medical situation (surgery) came up we were told our payment was "non-refundable." So, we made...

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us once again for your 4th annual visit. I am happy to hear so many things are as wonderful as the last 3 visits you had with us. The room assignment and extra fee seem confusing and unusual and we would be happy to sort it out if you could please contact us. I...

Great hotel right on Pacific Beach. Rooms were great and bikes were provided for free to cruise the beachside footpath. Rates were quite expensive but you're paying for the excellent location. We would have no hesitation staying here again if we return to San Diego and wanted to stay by the beach.

Lovely location, great ocean access and rooms that are done fantastically with comfortable mattresses, spaciousness and fitting design. A couple of things I had come across was the parking situation, the only lot is valet only with a curb on large enough for two vehicles at a time. So in the morning when multiple people were leaving there was a...
