Good place for family. Daughter loves it, mostly the pool and jacuzzi tub. A good place for a quick getaway and location is perfect, next to restaurants and shopping centers, gas stations and dry cleaning for those on the go or in town for business

Staff is really friendly and helpful but to be honest it’s a little rundown. It is convenient to I-70 and there are lots of restaurants right there including a Starbucks across the street. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I was surprised by the high rating.

I booked this motel with little expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The afternoon desk clerk was very efficient in checking me in. The room was nice. The motel was kind enough to give me a late check out. The morning desk clerk was very helpful, too (although not very friendly).
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Much nicer than a so-called economy lodge or a motel to spend days in!

The hotel itself is in good condition and the rooms are clean. The staff , however, left a lot to be desired. Upon checking in Sunday evening, the front desk staff was polite and helpful - she was the only one like this. For whatever reason, the deposit wasn’t processed initially, but I intended to extend my stay another day so I expected the issue with the deposit to be corrected while extending my stay. When I attempted to get to the bottom of why the deposit wasn’t processed (in order to reach a solution) the front desk clerk, a different Jack than the first, said I would have to wait for the manager to come in and that she would call me when he arrived to take care of this. The call that I received from the manager was rude and off-putting. Instead of offering reasons for or solutions to the complications he informed me that I had 5 minutes to take care of the payment or get out. I immediately went to the front desk to take care of this. The manager was not friendly and offered no understanding about the issues at all. However, I had the deposit and additional day rate payment ran successfully through the same card I paid with initially, and while I was in route back to my room I received a notification that an entire third day was charged to my account. I ended up discussing this with the first lady that checked me in who again was very helpful. The next morning as I was gathering my things to vacate, at 11:12 the second front desk lady and the male manager entered my room and became very confrontational and accused me of smoking in my room (which I had absolutely not done) and became belligerent and condescending. I refuted his accusations and responded that their security cameras should have definitely seen my exiting the building several times to go to my vehicle TO SMOKE. While the manager was standing inside my room talking crazy to me he kept calling me “sweetheart” in a very passive aggressive manner - to which I told him not to do anymore. He told me that I was lucky that I didn’t have more money in my account for him to take because he wasn’t going to be able to rent the room out again, which was completely inaccurate and that I was not welcome to book there again. I have stayed in countless hotels over the late couple of months due to relocating and residence hunting. I have had NOT ONE PROBLEM with any of these places and stayed in sone places (deposit required) several times. This is the only place to take my deposit for false reasons and treated me with rudeness and disrespect. I wouldn’t ever stay here again regardless of the welcome to book again or not. The manager is a real piece of work who thinks he can accuse people of whatever, overcharge accounts and disrespectfully address customers. I will continue to share this experience with others in order to deter anyone I know from staying at this motel. The worst experience I have ever had, wit the rudest staff and management for no reason and then to have my deposit taken over false accusations…the worst!

We looked online before we stopped and the price was $84, but I got charged $111.30. The hot tub makes a high pitch sound and will not stop. There were no clean towels at the pool area. The door to our room doesn’t need a key to enter, just turn the doorknob and opens right up, but luckily there is a deadbolt that does work. The bathroom vent sounds like an airplane engine. There flies and gnats in the room. The stairs are dirty and the hallway smells like smoke and like someone has been cooking food. There was no hot breakfast, only muffins. This is not what I expect from a Quality Inn and would NOT recommend. Should have only been charged half the price, if that.

No class, dishonest. If you smoke you have to go outside, at night you have to use your key to get back inn only the key card reader is broken so your stuck in the parking lot hoping somebody comes out before the homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks start to notice you. Will never stay at a choice hotel chain again. Unacceptable and unsafe conditions.

This room was in terrible disrepair and needed a thorough revamping! There was something on the carpet that looked like several blood drips in front of the entryway mirror. The shower was not secured to the wall and actually moved when you turned the water on. The sheetrock in the bathroom along the shower was split and the tile was moldy. The carpet going into the bathroom was shredded. The interior privacy curtain was splattered with something dark and dirty. The upholstered chair had nasty looking drips on the seat. The A/C was not working properly. Overall, I would say to stay clear of this place.

Absolutely disgusting I would never recommend or visit this place again. It's OVERPRICED, OUTDATED and REEKS of chlorine and cigs. There's potholes and dog poop everywhere outside. When I asked if my stuff would be ok outfront I was told the cameras don't work outfront so they had no idea. There's bed bugs and there is also ants. The woman who I assume is the owner because she's there often but briefly drives a Maserati I've seen but clearly doesn't care about her business. I was even told by an employee someone caught a skin disease from swimming in their pool so that's why it was flushed. Just ew.

One step above most motel 6. Broken veneer on bathroom door, broken side of microwave stand, broken shower curtain rod, dirty carpet. Don’t expect much, very run down room. Nice people working at the front desk. Needs renovation then it would be alright..

Asked if possible to have a room on top floor that might be a bit on the quieter side. Room was right in front of the elevator (303) the room next to us they had a barking dog. The dog was quiet during the night but once the owner was not in the room lots of barking. The heat/air conditioner was so noisy sounded like a car losing its muffler. The tub was in need of repair was well.
