To be fair, the room was acceptable, the heater worked well, and the price was very good. However, the free breakfast was about the skimpiest offering I've seen anywhere. Choice of two cold cereals and microwave oatmeal. One or two slices of bread remaining for toast. No fruit juice. No fruit. No boiled eggs. No tea bags. And no waffle mix. Staff told me waffles are offered only on weekends. My advice: since there is a fridge and a microwave in each room, bring a frozen breakfast or a Hot Pocket, as well as your own teabag. Eat as much cereal as you can stand; then go back to your room and heat up your Hot Pocket in order to have a shot at going down the road satisfied.

The rooms were good enough that I would not say this place is poor value. But factor in to the price the cost of a real breakfast. That said, even with bring-you-own-breakfast it might be worth it at the price.

Motel right at I70 exit (along with several others of similar age but higher rates), with choice of food options within a block or two along Wanamaker. Nice room in terms of furnishing and size; well sound-proofed so no highway or other noise. Toilet flush mechanism needed attention but easily solved by removing glowl lid and jiggling mechanism. No strainer in sink and toilet drains to catch dropped articles. tobacco smoke smell in corridors but not at all in the no-smoking room.

Paid $80 for a room, so I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing but it definitely was not worth the money. The only thing actually available at breakfast was cereal and coffee; the juice machine was turned off and the waffle area was not running. The room wasn’t better. All towels were heavily stained as well as the carpet. Furniture was broken.

Bedspread had cigarette burn holes.Everything old and worn. "SuperStarter" breakfast had no apple or orange juice, no muffins or doughnuts, no apples or oranges, no yogurt, no waffle batter for the waffle iron. They did have sliced white bread and dry cereal and milk. Hooray! We ate nothing and went to a McDonalds. I marked this on my phone contacts and GPS as "Do Not Return".

Front desk is very helpful and are willing to work with you if they can. Sunny and Vyshy (if that’s misspelled I apologise) were really helpful with us booking 2 in one day on accident. The rooms are what you pay for in the terms of them being dated but everything worked. AC was cold, WiFi was decent speed and we were left alone besides housekeeping checking if we needed anything. Would recommend for the price for sure.

After 14 hours behind the wheel we just needed a place to sleep and shower. The lobby smelled like a mixture of weed and cigarettes as well as the 3rd floor hallway. Entering the room the first thing I see is how filthy and stained the carpet is. Stained carpet is one thing, but this carpet had debris, food, spills that had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long while. After showering i got re-dressed and put socks on because there was no way i was gonna let my bare feet touch the filthy carpet. The toilet had pee and pubic hairs all around the rim. Poop splatter was all over inside of the bowl. No way in hell this toilet was cleaned after the last guest departed, or probably the last month. Fridge was filthy with spilled crap inside. Tub looked like it was used to degrease auto parts. Towel had a hole in it that i could stick my fist through. Pulled back the comforter that had cigarette holes all over it to find pubic hairs on the white sheets. I slept on top of the bed with clothes on to have a barrier between my skin and the sheets. I could go on and on......Noisy( people yelling/dogs barking), toilet ran all night, breakfast was a joke. The positives....water was hot in shower, and the dude at the front desk was polite. I have stayed at super 8's before that were awesome, but this one sucks. Never Again

Pathetic. Overall looks as if the motel is on its deathbed and they are milking it for all the money they can get out of it, without putting anything back into it. . Carpet in the room was very old and dirty. Walls need painting bad. Bottom of tub looked like it could use bleach to get the discoloration off. Bathroom looked like they started to dismantle it and said I give up. Fan was out of the hole and made a loud screaming sound.

Looked like the room had water damage all around the heater. All kinds of bowing in the wall.
Pillows were small and very flat. No quilt was on the bed. Just a sheet and outer cover. Bed was hard.
No coffee pot in the room. Also, the motel is very close to the highway, very loud.

Breakfast was a complete joke. First day of stay, waffles (timer was broke on it) Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes cereal. Nothing else but coffee. Orange and Apple Juice machine were inoperable. didn't look like it has been used in a long time. Second day of stay, Waffle machine was torn apart and sitting in the corner. which left just the two cereals.

My husband and I stayed at this motel in August, the room was filthy, the floors were nasty, it smelled. We stayed one night, we live 2 hours away and went to a concert, neither one of us could sleep when we got back, so we decided might as well go home. We left next morning at 5:30 in the morning. GM standing right there at the desk asked if we were leaving we said yes, my husband gets his bank statement they charged us for two nights. My husband called them, GM said he call him back, never heard from them. So, I contacted Wyndham customer care they emailed me by email, then forwarded it to GM who emailed me, and asked if info was correct I said NO, we stayed one night got proof, I called him he said we never stayed there, course Wyndham corporate has proof. So we are out the money from the extra night we did not stay. If you have a problem with a Wyndham motels/ hotels don't bother contacting customer care, because they don't give a damn about customer care. These people stole our money for a night we did not stay. Check your receipts, it's hard telling how many other people they have done this to.

Arrived at midnight...walked in building and the smell of cigarettes was so strong I got an instant headache. Walked in our room and everything was shabby and our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom is gross. The AC hardly cooled the room. A dog barked the entire time. We left at 330am. We talked to the manager Cheyenne who was short and rude and said that if we had left within 10 minutes of arrival she could have had refunded our money. Seriously!!! She had 6 other people to call about the same problem. If this was such an issue for multiple guests we should have been made whole, who cares what the policy says. She said she lives on the third floor and she never heard anything. Just a totally awful experience. Do not stay there. Such a disgrace to the Wyndham franchise.

No bath towels, hand towels or washcloths even after asking multiple times. Other people in other rooms were asking for towels as well. The clerk said they would bring them, but never did. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the room door was so crooked it had to be slammed to close, the bed smelled like cigarettes, the fitted sheet wasn’t even on the bed because they attempted to put it on sideways. The curtains were falling down, the lamps were broken, the hvac smelled like urine, the microwave sounded like it was going to explode. The bed sounded and felt like old rusty springs. Stayed here one night on my trip and had planned to stay again on my way back but cancelled that and got a room elsewhere. I’ll never stay here or any super 8 again.
